Pls take care of indus. I got a bitter experience from kollam, kottarakkara shroom. I purchased a car from indus throw the help of sale excicutive he came to my house. I didn't see my car until i get it. That no a problem. I trust indus. But unfortunaty, accessory team cheat me. I fixed 48000rs accessory. They didn't mention the quality. At the time i inform to concerned person. He told i will replace it. Still he didn't take a nessory step to cleared the issue

    I have a baleno. I have give for a body work as result of a small collision with an object claim. After initial inspection indus motors thodupuzha informed me that headlamp, front bumber need to be changed. I have given for service on 19.11.2019 at indus motors thodupuzha... For head lamp only problem was one of the plastic clamp from headlamp frame breaks. When i received car after whole payment (Including new head lamp set) i noticed same headlamp they used by doing some adjustment.
    This is very bad how can a customer trust indus motors if they are doing like this.

    Few months earlier when i given my car for service they kept some tools between & open the bonet which resulted in bending of the corner near to wind shield. Unfortunately i noticed this durimg next service only.. And i informed same to them. But they told you would. Have showed this last time itself. Now we cant do anything.. Finally they just starighten the bend by leaving the the scarches as it is..

    I didnt expect a reputed firm like indus thodupuzha so irresponsible & fraudulant.

      I am using maruthi vitara brezza since 2017 october 30. I am writing this complaint to bring your attention into an important matter. My vehicle number is kl-07-cl-8344. I have done my second last service about 8 months before at kalamassery indus motors. During that service the advisor found an issue with the horn and he said i will get the replacement as soon as possible and it was under warranty. And i am very sorry to say that till now i didnot get replacement of the item. Its been 8 months and i contacted them several times. The main concern is that is my vehicles warranty period will end up on this coming october 30. So i kindly request you to make immediate arrangement to get the replacement of the item because its only 10 days more to end up the warranty.

      One more thing that i was thinking about adding extended warranty by paying the amount. But how can i get the benefit. Beacuase maruthi indus is not efficient to get an item replaced since it is under normal warranty.

        Dear sir,
        I have given my balenlo for servicing on 05th october 2019 at indus motors service centre, venpalavattom, thiruvananthapuram. I drove back the car after servicing to my home and after that i didn't use my car till 12th october evening as i was out of station. And on 12th october 2019 when i drove the car i noticed that the oil indicator blinking and the car was not moving with full power as earlier. After reaching home when i opened the bonnet i was shocked to see the lid of the engine opened, the cap was placed somewhere separately and oil spilled all over the engine parts (Photo is attached). I tried to contact the service centre and customer care with the available numbers but noone is picking the phone. I can't move my car in this condition as i dont know what all damages has happened to the engine of my car due to this. I request you to kindly do the needful for checking the damage happened and compensate me for the negligence happened from the service engineers immediately.

          Dear sir,

          I have purchased one ertiga vdi 1.5m on september 02, 2019 from indus motors, palakkad, kerala bearing regn no. *, application no.*. Yesterday i have noticed one oil spot where i have parked the vehicle. I believe that around 100ml of oil have been drained from the engine. I took the vehicle to indus motors from where i have bought the vehicle, there they have informed me that the oil seal have been damaged. They have not given any specific reasons for the same. The vehicle has not completed 800 km on today and i have not done the first free service till now. Your authorised dealer has informed me that the damaged part is not readily available neither in kerala or tamilnadu. It has to come from the head office of msl. According to your authorised dealer it will take around 8 to 10 days for that item come to the dealer. I am amused to hear such a thing from the authorised dealer of maruti suzuki limited which is one the renowned company of india.

          I am deeply unsatisfied with your vehicle which caused us both time and money. It has also caused mental hardships to me. I regret to inform you that i will be forced to go the consumer court if the vehicle is repaired with in one day. Hope you understand my position and do the needful at the earliest.

              I bought ne wagonr two months ago. And the executive said me that they will not give any accessories like floor lamination, nor side beeding and even rain guard and car cover also. He said as if it is impossible. Finally i agreed with him. But at same time my friend bought the same car from avg, they have provided floor lamonation, rain guard and car cover also freely without increasing any extra charge. I was very much disappointed. It took almost 1 month after whole money was paid to get the car also. Meanwhile i visited 3 times, they were postpondind the delivery dates. It is very bad. Now i don't want to do my service also in indus because of the way you have dealt with me. We have bought car earlier also with indus. But here after i will never suggest anyone indus anymore.

Ltd. Trivandrum. Three times they have postponed the date by repeatedly saying that kindly wait for two more days. They are deliberately delaying its delivery and spoiling the good name of maruti.                   Dear, i was took my car last sep2019 no kl01c3464 alto k10 vxi.. Frm indus pattom.. After one month i had saw some water inside the car on bottom left side of the driver seat. I was workd kottyam manorama road on my first service time.
                  And i given avg to first service.. And i registered my complaint.. They find water coming inside the bottom mat. They replaced mat..2nd service i given indus kodimatha. Kottym... After one month same issue repeated... Now i am in trivandrum... This month 18th sundy i visit thycad indus and i reported complaint... They are cleaned my car but they not yet find the complaint.. What i am do for this revoke this complaint.. I think its technical complaint.. I bought new car from your side.. I need new vechicle instead of this car... Do the needfull... Midhun singh b..

                    We had purchased a pre-owned tata sumo kl 01 x 6670 from indus motors bharanikavu on 25th jan 2019,

                    Can you imagine until now we haven’t received the cc termination letter.

                    Every day we call mr. Sabumon (Manager) and he keeps on promising that he will get it as soon as possible.

                    It’s been almost 7months. Can’t wait any more we are planning to move legally.

                    It would be great if you can sort out this issue asap.

                      I had given my vehicle kl-40-n-1488 on monday at 12.00 pm on indusmotors thevara branch for body workshop for replacing my car bumper and left side headlamp replacement. The service consultant gave me the car after repairing on morning 25/07/2019 @10.00am, but as per checking i had seen painting defaults in right side of the bumper. Is this is way the company responsibility of doing it? I had lost my time for getting it. I shouted it for this type of mistake. Wasting my precious time. I send it back for re repairing the painting. So kindly do possible for this type of irresponsible work done by the company.

                        I have owned one alto lxi old model, inbetween one journey to kunamkulam, our vehicle brakedown in chavakkad, we informed nearest dealer indus motors, iringapuram, near guruvayoor, they picked the car to showroom, first they informed complaint of timing chain, then there is no complaint for it, then mechanic called me there is huge work to engine it will be around 35000/ for the work ;, then i take that car to next workshop, enark car workshop, thriprayar, they checked everything they said some complaint to delco/i have no idea about mechanical language, but workshop bill only 3500/ only with oil change, its cheating to customers, is it known by the company this cheating am not promote indus motors anymore,

                          I bought vehicle from indus motor from near 2months back and and was experienced a very bad, worst experience from the dse, sales team and including ccm and not further action action has been taken to situation, i have proven my compliant multiple times to team and they were totally agreeing the concern on phone calls and meetings, but they are not willing to take any action, remediation or compensation for the situation that a customer faces...

                          Vehicle kl6j 3069 (Wagon r) produced your service point for 2nd service during last week. While delivery time the sales executive committed to undercoat the vehicle. This fact intimated to the service point at the time of fist free service and they told that the gun was damaged and committed to do it 2nd service. Before going to 2nd service contacted the service manager and sales executive sri. Azeeb about it. They assured to do it and vehicle produced and halted one day. While taking delivery of the vehicle on the next day. Nothing has to be done on the vehicle (Under coating) and the lid of the fuel tank not open. While taking delivery of the vehicle sales representative assured to do the work and collected a money. I have bought the vehicle with an exchange of an alto vehicle kl33 508 and amounting to rs.72500/-. Exchange benefit and consumer offer not included on the sales price during the sales. Thus i have a lot of loss sustained and i have paid money additionally. I frequntly call your sales represntative and he has not attended the calls.
                          At this juncture i express my displeasure about your sales and service providing to me in this regard. I never recommend or contact you about it.

                          I wrote this to, as a reputed firm, your good will lose among the customers and public by the lethargic attitudes and bad behavior of your staff.

                            Sir,
                            This mail is regarding a very serious issue happened at the kotakkal indus motors branch within me. Few days back i received a call regarding a cheque matter from my kotakkal executive mr. Musthafa. He said that a cheque has come from the head office which has to be in his name but as of a mistake from head office account dept. It was mentioned as customers name. He also said that it is an incentive for him which is provided from the company. I contacted the manager mr. Rafeeque at kotakkal indus motors however after hearing this matter. He also said that it is an incentive for mr. Musthafa so to provide necessary documents to change the name in cheque to musthafas name from the owners name mr. Abdul majeed (My father). Musthafa asked me for my fathers pass book and id proof details inorder to change the cheque name to his name. Its sure that mr. Rafeeque and mr. Musthafa was playing a drama inorder to take up this cheque which was refunded for the customer. They both lied to us inorder to take that amount. I went to the accounts office thereby and asked for the details. The accounts dept. Said that its for the customer only and not for them. They also said that musthafa and rafeeque lied to us as the cheque is truely in my dads name and not for them. I therefore request you to enquire them and take necessary actions or else i will have to meet up with the consumer court and file a case againt indus motors for no doubt. It was a cheque of inr 14000. Which i got offer from the company. They both tried to steal the amount from me giving me false information. Musthafa also mentioned the name written abdul majeed (Owners name) was falsely written by the accountant at the head office and told me not to complain as he will be expelled from the office. This is truely cheating the customers. I will definitely not recommend any customers to buy vehicles from indus motors and i am also going to file a case as soon as possible if this isnt explained to me with proper reason.

                              I had issues with the vehicle since the first year. Which i told during the free service and extended warranty period then it was not taken care. Now asking for huge amount i am not at all ready to pay and also not satisfied with the customer service. Spoke with manager abhilash, customer care manager they are least bothered about my concerns.

                              Vehicle not even completed 50000kms and i have paid more than 50000/- for the services.

                              I am not satisfied with the customer service of indus motors.

                                  Sales Officer Mr. Binu Mathew, at Ranny: Vaniyadathu Complex, Mamukku, mob-[protected] has no manners how to talk to customers and is speaking in such a bad language on phone which has been recorded and will be taken legal action against soon. If sales is so important that doesn't mean that you should speak ### and no control over language. Why this person is speaking crab and now threatening my parents to deposit booking amount. Whereas I already informed him to ignore due to my own reasons. He is a liability to you which will definitely going to hamper your business in future also.

                                    I brought an alto k10 from palakkad koottupatha showroom. On my first service i register a complaint about the dirt after service. This is my second service and they force me to take the date on 20/1/19and promised me to take the vehicle. But when i called them, they made excuses we'd didn't even attend the calls later. Really shame upon them. They treat customers the least.

                                      bmw 3 series maruthi ciaz, swift, baleno, volks vagon vento corolla these are the vehicles that im using, but i couldn’t get this much worst experience form any dealer that’s why i am sending this mail.
