Indus Motors — Charged extra than the amount was quoted

I had purchased Maruti Suzuki Swift from Indus Motors via CSD. I got my quote which was prepared by Indus Dealer approved from CSD and I was asked to pay the new revised payment even when I made the payment very next day.Few of things which I want to bring your notice :- Indus motor dealer did not have any idea on when the price hike was effective until Feb end or Mar beginning. The dealer from whom i bought the car and his manager gave different date for the revised price.Even on the day of payment of the car I was not told that the price hike was for sure and it was speculations. As a customer I think I have a right to know the exact price of the car before I buy and asking for more price after buying a car is not something ideal. I am planning to make the rest payment as I have to do my car registration but would like your kind attention to this case as I feel I am paying for the gap within the Indus Motor dealers which is not right. There should be more proper communication with the customer and we should not be taken for granted. I am writing you over the last email which I had sent to Indus Motors regional head for Kasaragod Distt, Kerala. Request your prompt action in this case.
