Hi,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding the continual inconvenience I have faced with my recent purchase of Ertiga VXI from Maruti Indus dealership Kayamkulam.
From the very beginning, there has been confusion and delays surrounding the delivery of my vehicle. It was not delivered as initially planned and was even taken back to the dealership after delivery to complete pending works. This alone has been a major inconvenience for me.
Furthermore, the vehicle provided to us before and after this delay is not the same, which is quite concerning as a customer (I have photographs if needed). In addition, it has been three months since my purchase, and I have yet to receive the permanent registration number for my vehicle.
The process of selecting a registration number was also mishandled by your staff, resulting in further delays and potential consequences for me (Initially the selected number not received as your staff forgot to proceed on this). I want to emphasize that I will not be responsible for any fines incurred due to these delays.
It is disheartening to experience such issues with my vehicle purchase, especially considering that I have been a customer of Maruti Dealership before. My first experience with the dealership was also plagued with problems, and it is disappointing to see that my second purchase has been similar.
I kindly request immediate resolution to these issues and a prompt delivery of my permanent registration number. Please ensure that such inconveniences are not repeated with other customers in the future.
