Indus Motors — service issue | |||||
Sir i am mr adattil mohhamed bmw 3 series maruthi ciaz, swift, baleno, volks vagon vento corolla these are the vehicles that im using, but i couldn’t get this much worst experience form any dealer that’s why i am sending this mail. On 8/12/18 saturday evening i parked my baleno (kl 55 x 3232) on no parking area in front of paint shop for a minute and i am back to car but its not starting. I bought this car from am motors on 23, 11, 2017, and i tried to cal toll free no([protected])there is no malayalam language several time but its not connected, actually i know mr.Iqbal md of am motors([protected]), so i called him 5 times on 8, 9, 10 dates ( submitting the call history) and he handed over with manager ([protected]) actually we connected 13 times in this regards, i tried lots of time with am motors and there is a workshop(indus) near 2 km but i stucked there in 2 and half hours.On this number [protected] (indus motors ) called 7 times and there is another no [protected] for 5 times . Actually problem with battery and the cost will be 4000. They tried to fix that but its not fixed so they need rescue vehicle for help and for that i paid 2000. The all above said calls are recorded and will present if you needed actually i was busy with some other engagements, so they informed me that i will get another car for the time being, but i didn’t . They gave my car on 11, 12, 18 after service and they refunded my 2000 what i paid for rescue vehicle . But there is issue with my scheduled programs on these days .Actually i know mr iqbal very closely but i got this much issues, so what may happen in the case of ordinary car owners, so for this inefficiency service i am going with legal activities .I am just looking for your opinion about this issue after that i will go ahead with this . For delaying this letter i was awaiting call history from mobile service provider list 1. Rc of mentioned vehicles 2. Mobile cal history 3. Supporting bills Was this information helpful? | |||||
