Sir,
A cell tower has being installed on a building, which has deviation in construction and no approval for the current floor. Complete building has many loop holes no area is left around, even the place allotted for fixing the electric meters is utilized as a shop, by keeping refrigerator and selling milk whole day. A shop towards on the road. And a big box on road which is prone for more accidents as it is a turning towards the village (Yendada, visakhapatnam)
The tower has been installed on third floor, our apartment is five floors if any natural calamities occur there is a possibility of collapsing that tower on our apartment as it is maintaing only a distance of 10 feet.
Local people approached zonal gvmc office (Madhurawada) they are not willing to take any action on the issue from last two months inspite of commissioner asked them to look into the issue.
Initially when we aproached zonal office they asked for owner withdrawal letter from the installation of the tower, we have given a copy. Still they are reluctant to take any action
