Indusind Bank — 2 wheeler loan tcy04367h

My loan account associated with indusind bank is tcy04367h have repaid my loan's on time and have already closed my loan account and collected noc for the same still it is showing me as open in cibil and showing me as bad account. Have pre closed loan account then too. And i am not getting response or solution for the same through bank. Am in need and this has effected my cibil score badly.
And one time i skipped emi as they were charging interest but it was on 0% interest and at the same time i tried to communicate but my issue was not resolved.
