Respected sir/madam,
My name is james roshen from ranchi, jharkhand, and i have an credit card ([protected]) of your bank. On[protected] i have deposited a amount of rs 13560 in bank. Rs 9500 for cash and rest for pos. But from my bad experience, till now rs 9500 haven't adjusted,
Just submit my complain and resolve my problem, and also tell my complain no.
Otherwise, compulsion fully i have to make an fir against this settlement of payment.

As per the update, we wish to inform you that your payment toward credit card for the amount of INR 13, 560 has been credited to your card account on January 29, 2020.

Further, there is no dues pending on your credit card and same details will reflect in current month statement.
