[Resolved] Indusind Bank — account - debit freeze | |
My account number is[protected]Salary account ) and didn't receive my welcome kit it was freezed for debit as the company address wasn't updated on the records. I visited the branch and got the communication address changed whichis my home address however, i got an email mentioning that my welcome kit can not be delivered as it is freezed for debit. I went to the branch again today and they said they will send an email for dispatch again. I need to access my account urgently and i have to go through all this mess even after updating the communication address. Please resolve it quickly and trust me if it wasn't the salary account i would never have used indusind bank at all. Was this information helpful? | |

I am Having a Salary Account in Indusind Bank Which has been Freeze due to having negative Reason as told by the customer care.I have Visited the Branch for the Unfreezing of the Account they told me that they have Mailed about the Concern and will send a Field Agent for the Verification but nothing is happening till now and i am unable to withdraw my Salary from the Account
Please Resolve my issue
