dnot be smart, if non credit of salary you should information me regarding, or you may convert it to normal basic saving account zero balance, you converted my salary account to classic indus account minimum balance WITH 10000 you have done with out my priority i want my bank balance non maintainance charge balance back

    Hi team,

    Could you please do the needful for one of your agent who came to our office premises (Tata consultancy services, tcs office, alembic business part, baroda) with hdfc credit card & make a deal with associate that he will provide indusind & icici credit card free.

    At that time he took all the documents & informed that we will get cards free of costs.

    After 30 - 35 days we received sms & mail that we have charged for credit card bill without credit card. And when i personally talk with bhadresh he told me that these money will be refunded to you.

    Now every time i received call from your customer care regarding bill payment but now bhadresh is not picking the call & i have still not received credit and & i am charged for the same.

    So could you please do the needful asap as on your company's name he will be doing this fraud & in our office they cheated most of the people & most of the people is charged for same.

      मैने आपकी इंडसइंड बैंक शाखा- भीनमाल, जिला जालोर से 20.10.2012 को 4 लाख का कार लोन लिया था जो मुझे 16550 की 24 किश्तों तथा 16050 की 6 किश्तों में चुकाना था!
      मेरा लोनिंग खाता नम्बर 381c हैं!
      मैने मेरा लोन बिना डिफॉल्ट हुए नियमित रूप से किश्त भुगतान द्वारा 20 अप्रेल 2016 तक चुकता कर दिया था!
      मुख्य इश्यू यह हैं कि मुझे अब तक noc मिल जानी चाहिये थी लेकिन बैंक के सैंकड़ो चक्कर काटने पर भी एक डेढ़ साल से noc नही मिली!
      मुझे मेरा वाहन rj16 ta1771 बोलेरो di turbo बेचना था जो कि noc के अभाव में बेच नही पा रहा हूँ! बेचने के इंतजार में डेढ़ दो साल से वाहन का मॉडल पुराना हो गया, घर पर खड़े वाहन का इंश्योरेंस, टैक्स चुका रहा हूँ! मैने ऐसी कौनसी गलती की जिससे आप मेरी noc रोक कर बैठे हैं क्या आप मुझे आपकी बैंक से लोन लेने का दंड दे रहे हो? जो भी हो उसका कारण स्पष्ट किया जाय साथ ही आज तक मुझे हुए नुकसान की भरपाई की जाय।

      इंडसइंड बैंक भीनमाल में noc इंचार्ज एवं वर्तमान मुख्य मैनेजर प्रदीप सिंह द्वारा एक भी संतोषप्रद जबाव नही मिला! ना ही उसके द्वारा कभी फोन अटेंड किया जाता हैं, वो हमारा फोन तक रिसीव नही करते! क्या इनकी ग्राहक को संतुष्ट करने की जिम्मेदारी नही होती? आपकी सेवाओं में ये त्रुटियां बेहद निराशाजनक हैं!
      मुझे खेद हैं...
      मैने तंग आकर के नेशनल कन्ज्यूमर हेल्पलाइन में शिकायत की है और अब बैंकिंग लोकपाल में शिकायत दर्ज करवाऊंगा!

      यदि एक सप्ताह में मुझे noc नही मिली तो कानूनी कार्यवाही के लिये आप स्वयं जिम्मेदार होंगे!

      Good evening!

      I took a loan of Rs 4 lakh from your IndusInd Bank branch- Bhinmal, District Jalore Rajasthan on 20.10.2012. which was to pay by me in 24 installments of 16550 and 6 installments of 16050.

      My lending account number is 381C.

      I had not defaulted my loan, I had done regular paid installment April 20, 2016

      The main issue is that I should have not received NOC till now. hundred times even after going to the bank, NOC was not available from one and a half years.
      I wanted to sell my vehicle RJ16 TA1771 Bolero Di TURBO which I can not sell in the absence of NOC! Waiting to sell, the model of the vehicle has been outdated for one to two and a half years, the vehicle standing at home, paying the tax! What kind of mistake did I make that you are stopping my NOC, are you punishing me for taking a loan from your bank? Whatever may be the reason for it to be clarified, along with the damage done to me till today.

      IndusInd Bank Bhinmal did not get any satisfactory response from NOC incharge and present Chief Manager Pradeep Singh. Nor is the phone ever received by him, he does not receive our phone! Do not have the responsibility to satisfy their customer? These errors are extremely disappointing in your services!
      I'm sorry ...
      I complained to the National Consumer Helpline and now I will file a complaint in the Banking Ombudsman!

      If I have not received NOC in a week, then you will be responsible for legal action!

        We initiated a forex wire transfer request online at indusind website. First we paid 5% online to secure the foreign exchange rate. We wanted to give the rest 95% of the funds within 24 hrs but within two hours the 5% money was refunded back to our account. No reason was provided why. Customer support also had no clue.

        Then we were told to try again. We tried again. Paid 5% first and then paid the rest 95% via rtgs. Went to the branch and did all the paperwork like aadhar card and pan card.

        Now again after 2 hrs the 5% payment went back to our icici account. The customer service has no clue why this is happening but now our 95% of funds are with indusind. We cannot withdraw the funds nor move ahead while they investigate. Its not a small amount of money just hanging in the air like this.

          I have purchased Saplander plus Bike from Speedway Hero Aegency.
          I have Finance this Bike at indusland bank from 2016 to 2018.
          I had completed my all installments.
          But Nov. 2016 notebandi time i can not deposit my One installment but i was think that they take next time automatically from my bank account.
          But i did not get any information about this installment still jan 2018.
          After complete my installments i was go to bank to take my NOC but that day they told me your one installment is pending still and you pay also late charges fine.
          MY complaint is that why the bank staff dont not give me any information about this pending installment. It was not my fault. Please clear it.

            Before purchasing the card, i confirmed with customer support thrice... I reapeat thrice that this card can be used in amazon.com. And every customer support confirmed i can use it for any online shopping. Your website promote for online shopping using forex. Even the bank official confirmed me the same while handing over the card.

            And now after 2 declined transaction, multiple complain, customer support says "you cannot use the card in amazon.com". So after multiple confirmations & bank promotions, the output is indusind does not support world's largest online e-commerce site. What a fraud company you are.

            I am not starting about customer support as that is another 2 page story. But in short, i never experienced such pathetic support from any company.

            The first thing i want after i return to india, is the refund of every penny (Inr38233.00) paid for this card. I don't care whether the dollar rate is high or low.

              Hi,
              I'm praveen kumar s, lo. No. Esl04484h, i had a two wheeler loan and i did complete all emi then after approach to branch for noc. The banker response was once noc reached there branch then they will inform me on my registered mobile number. Unfortunately my registered mobile number had some range issues so i give my alternative contact number to him.
              Since 3 months i didn't get any response from induslnd bank so once again visit to the branch. Unfortunately i got a expired noc and they are find out my noc from thousands o[censored]ndelivered noc.. Now bank manager demanding some 400/- rupees more for new noc. I'm having a lot of bad experience with this indusind bank.

              Why should I pay Rs. 250/- for their mistakes or ignorence and this bank has failed to deliver NOC on time.
              If Indusind bank had any commitment towards their customers they can send it as a registered letter. But the bank didn't have any interest do maintain quality service for their customers.

              I had informed to banker for regarding my registered mobile number have some range issues and I given my alternative contact number to the banker. Unfortunately I didn't get any calls or SMS from induslnd bank regarding NOC and I can't believe a bank having utterly waste system in this 21st century.

                Sir,

                We would like to bring it to your kind notice that we m/s aqua life care is a authorized service center of eureka forbes ltd.in the month of april 2017, we made a annual service contract of water purifier of indusind bank annapurna road & y. N road branch indore (M. P) against bill no - [protected] & [protected] of rs/- 4860 each. We are sorry to say that despite of repeated reminders to both the branches, till date we have not received our payment. Whenever i visited branch for payment i felt they do not have intention of paying the said bill amount, though we have submitted all required documents like copy of adhar card, pan card and crossed cheque. I have been in the business for quite a long time but i have not seen such a poor and irresponsible attitude from a bank like you. I have got the worst experience of my life with your bank. I request you to please release our bill amount on or before 28th of jan.2018, otherwise matter will go to court of law. You may treat this latter as one month prior notice for legal proceeding. Hope your good self will look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest.

                    Team,

                    As much as i understand your work commitments and the level of follow up that you guys need to put up with in your work. I just dont understand how can your team call a corporate office hr department to enquire about an employee.

                    As company's hr we are not authorize to give out any personal contacts of our employees and also not responsible for the same. When you extend your services to people, make sure you have enough details about him to get in touch with him yourself. How you do it is entirely your responsibility.

                    I complaint about your associate mr. Akash kumar from pitampura branch, phone number - [protected], who had the most outrageous telephone skills and had been harassing a female at our hr department who is in no way involved with any dealings with your bank.

                    Would appreciate a response on action taken against this fellow.
                    You need to build trust and not a damaging image due to such unprofessional people who defame your brand name.

                      I am ishan jain i want to tell you that i have done a transaction from syndicate bank of rupees 5000 from your bank debit card but i haven't recieved any cash from atm i have done a complaint on your toll free no. Of your bank i have got a reference no 59045328 and told to wait for 7 days and after 7 days i didn't got any response from it my account no is[protected]

                      So i want you do it as early as possible

                        I have withdrawl of rs 10000.00 from state bank of india atm near ram ram bank chauraha jankipram lucknow.but due some machinery problem i have not recieve my 10000 rs but after checking the balance i have observed that 10000rs was deducted from my principal amount.I imgetely informed to indusind bank help line no, I told all activities to indusind bank
                        Manager .But i notice that no one can help me.
                        Finally I am noticing to u this issue.So sir please look into it.

                          I had purchased two wheeler on hypothecation basis with indusind bank Gobichettipalayam branch.I have completed my two wheeler installments on december month, still i have not received Noc and original RC book, if i am asking indusind branch office not properly responding they tells the process will takes maximum 10 days or more you will get your documents. but, still i have not received my RC. the staffs says that my RC book in head office, we dont know how much times takes to receive the RC book from head office. very worst banking services provided by the branch . online loan payment option available but the site not working properly and i have deciding the system for loan amount automatically debited from my bank account that option also failure from the bank .

                              This is to inform that we have been a savings bank account holder since 2005. Vide sb a/c no:[protected].
                              We had fixed deposit of inr 5 lacs in 2013. When this fd came up for renewal in march 2013, branch manager convinced us to take a life insurance policy with your bankassurance partners aviva life insurance
                              We were educated the benefit of placing fixed deposit with different renewal dates for making renewal payments easier deferred to 4 years ie march 2014, march 2015, march 2016 and march 2017
                              Our fixed deposits annually have been utilised for annual premium of life insurance policy with aviva life insurance
                              Savings account has been debited rs.1062/- (Apr - jun 2017), rs.1062/- (July to sept 2017) towards non maintenance of minimum balance
                              When fixed deposits have been utilised for payment of premium, we fail to understand bank's stand of penalising us for non maintenance of minimum balance
                              You would as well appreciate that your bank has earned good remuneration from life insurance premium against our life insurance policy
                              Bank has blocked debit card no [protected] attached to this account without any official communication
                              We had approached your mulund west branch with a protest towards penalty levied for non maintenance of minimum balance. We also requested branch to down grade our account to normal savings bank account
                              Since there is locker attached with this savings account they have indicated that they need to contact their superiors for this approval
                              On 6th jan 2018, we had again approached your mulund branch, and we were assured by executive that they will revert to us by 9th jan 2018. We await official communication to this effect till now

                              You are requested to kindly look into the matter and instruct bank to stop levying any additional charges towards non maintenance of minimum balance and reverse the above charges at the earliest.

                                I have taken personal one year and half back for some personal reason. And now i want to close the personal loan. The total remaining amount is approx 2460000 rs and bank is asking for 4 % foreclosure charges i. E. Approx 9840 rs. I am unable to pay this much additional foreclosure charges as penalty. I am a single parent who have responsibility of whole family and unable to pay this much amount as penalty. Please waive off the foreclosure charges it's a humble request to the indus bank.

                                Today @8:20pm, I received a SMS stating one transaction is approved o[censored]SD 359. 99. I had no idea of this transaction but it was aporoved by that time.

                                I tried to reach CC executive but they are very busy to respond. How can it be possible, my card is hacked. Please help me out

                                  Hello team,

                                  My card outstanding was around 33k on march, 2017. I had already partly paid approx 30k since april, 2017. I had raised request several time earlier to waive my charges. But you guys mentioned frequently, that will be possible after minimum payment. You guys are asking me to pay 42000 inr. This is quite ridiculous. Try to stop calling for payment and settle my card as quickly as possible rather than imposing charges...
