Dear sir/mam
i am indusind bank account holder from last 4 yrs. Last year (from aug 2020) bank freeze my account with out giving any notice or letter when i concern to branch they are not giving me any fact reason when i complaint to senior management they revert that your freeze issue has been resolved but when i check that its not active
i again complaint for this issue after many conversation they reply that you contact to branch and get freeze issue letter
according to bank and related dept. (gujarat cyber cell) saying that rs. 3175/- is credit fraudly by some other person on dated[protected] time 16:51 (04:51 p.M.) that why my account but this value is not showing in my statement and i revert to bank and cyber cell with my bank statement and also requested that this value is not credited and please remove freeze issue but now they are saying rs. 2892/- is credited in your account
when i request for complaint copy with bank statement receipt which done by other person but they are not providing me or replying mail properly
bank's staff are saying sir kindly please contact to senior management team they can resolve your problem we can't do anything
senior management team is reply with his auto generated mail and nothing else
all of them tolerating and harassing me unnecessarily and torturing me financially
i am business person and during covid period many customers are paying the amount by qr/mobile no/account transfer
i also request that please provide me complaint copy with bank receipt if any fact and other person is done with any reason or with out any reason so forward to related bank and notice to bank that they withdraw the amount and giving me proper reason i have no issue further but still not responding by bank or cyber cell dept gujarat.
So at last i complaining to you kindly help me in that case and reply me as soon as possible
