Please be informed that a two wheeler loan was taken from Indusind Bank vide account number OCO01197H mapped settled.

The loan is already closed in June 2013 but in the CIBIL report, it still showing as "8 payments delayed between July, 2010 to Oct 2010 and Jan, 2010 to May 2011''. Hence, due to error from your side my CIBIL score has came down.

We wish to inform that during the loan tenor of 2008 to 2010 there were around 10-15 emi returns and for all these we have received the payment beyond the actual emi due dates.

These delays in payment will reflect under DPD column and hence will continue to remain in the credit report, even if the loan has been completed and closed.

    Dear Team,

    I am facing financial crises to make payment on multiple banks Loan/Credit outstanding, And their recovery agents approaching me to collect due, Since last 1 year am paying amount to bank recovery agents, but still due to interest and other charges still outstanding amount remain same.

    Now its difficult to pay all creditors payments and am approaching banks for settlement of outstanding with higher waiver and EMI's.

    Also send mail to INDUSIND BANK Credit card outstanding settlement in EMI's. But not getting any response and regular interest and other charges included in my credit cards.

    Requested to stop harassing the recovery agent and provide easy emi to pay credit card with waiver settlement amount.

      On 18th August, I ordered a mobile from Amazon shopping site with my card Whose price ₹12499 .I am mentioning his order id here as well.

      Order id[protected]

      This order of mine got cancelled.And my refund was issue from Amazon on the 23th aug.But till now this amount has not been credited in my account.
      The reference number that I have received from Amazon is also mentioning here.

      When I asked the customer care of the bank to check this reference number, they said that no amount credited by this refund reference no.

        I got upset after mailing you guys. Your customer care on call seems so stupid that as if they don't know anythingWhen you tell them on the call to check the reference number, they don't even know about it. You guys are so big the company is a multinational company and having such foolish customer care. Those who do not even know what the reference number is. How to check reference number.I have mailed you guys 10 times. I have called 50 times. How many times should I give you my proof that my refund has not come.

              I have a personal loan with icici bank where my installments are paid through indusind bank. For Aug month my installment was not deducted from indusing bank but icici auto debit my account with amount of 5822 which mean my outstaning is paid but your bank imposed a lien on my account.                       I am an existing classy customer with an savings account (Acc no[protected] belda branch, two days ago my brother had been to the branch for cash deposit amounting Rupees Two Lakhs Eighteen Thousand only, but due to the misbehavior of the Deputy Branch Manager Mr. Yallapu Balakrishna Raju my brother had to return back without depositing the amount and this is not the first time for his misbehavior, he had already repeated the same for several times earlier, and he has a problem with small denomination ( 50rupees note and 20 rupees note) which no other existing employees have. The cashier has never complained about it but he has always been interfering between the customer and the cashier.

                        I Souvik Nandi, bought a new Honda Hornet CB160R, Reg No. WB26AV5612 on August 2017 on finance arranged with Indusind Bank. After 2 years my loan repayment was complete. There was never any delay in payment. But after that 2 years is passed. But still did not get my NOC. There was neither any information from showroom nor from bank about it. If I dont get it, I have to approach Consumer Forum. Kindly save all the hassle and provide me my NOC.

                          Account freeze and tolerating my mails

Last year (from aug 2020) bank freeze my account with out giving any notice or letter when i concern to branch they are not giving me any fact reason when i complaint to senior management they revert that your freeze issue has been resolved but when i check that its not active

                              I have initiated an order of 600USD from India to TBC bank tbilisi on 9th august and it still (on 19th Aug) haven't reached the beneficiary. The helpline of IndusForex kept saying that the beneficiary bank is holding the amount and there's no reply from them. Beneficiary visited the bank more than 4 times to inquire about this, but the beneficiary bank officials say that there is absolutely no remittance as well as no communication frmo IndusForex or any bank regarding the remittance. Even showed the swift copy and they inquired about it in all departments and all branches, but there's nothing found.

                              The IndusForex helpline stopped responding my calls and I cannot further request a helpline call from my number. I even tried with my friend's and family's numbers but it seems like they blacklisted all of them. I visited a local branch of IndusInd bank and they're saying that they can't help in this as its a different matter.

                              So now I don't have any idea where IndusForex have sent my funds and why are they not responding. I'm attaching my swift copy of this order as a proof.

                                Hi, Due to the COVID-19, I lost my job and there were some serious circumstances in the family. This was the reason I was unable to pay the bill.. I m a loyal customer of indusind bank . So, I don’t want such things to happen again. I want settlement of card and i contacted indusind recovery team but they are not helping on this matter. I also sent an email to indusind regarding the issues but no response yet.

                                  Abnormal Late Penalty and Interest charges on Credit Card Late Payment

                                  Is inform you that I had received Credit Card Statement from INDUSIND BANK for the period 04/07/2021 to 03/08/2021.
                                  Mentioning Interest & Other Charges as Rs.1126.91. I have forgot to pay the credit card payment on 23/07/2021.
                                  However, I have paid the amount on 29/07/2021. ie a delay of 6 days. I was abnormally charged Rs.1126 for default of payment of Rs.4356,
