Account freeze and tolerating my mails

Dear sir/mam

i am indusind bank account holder from last 4 yrs. Last year (from aug 2020) bank freeze my account with out giving any notice or letter when i concern to branch they are not giving me any fact reason when i complaint to senior management they revert that your freeze issue has been resolved but when i check that its not active

i again complaint for this issue after many conversation they reply that...

I bought a new Honda Hornet CB160R, Reg No. WB26AV5612 on August 2017 on finance arranged with Indusind Bank. After 2 years my loan repayment was complete. There was never any delay in payment. But after that 2 years is passed. But still did not get my NOC. There was neither any information from showroom nor from bank about it. If I dont get it, I have to approach Consumer Forum. Kindly save all the hassle and provide me my NOC.

      I have initiated an order of 600USD from India to TBC bank tbilisi on 9th august and it still (on 19th Aug) haven't reached the beneficiary. The helpline of IndusForex kept saying that the beneficiary bank is holding the amount and there's no reply from them. Beneficiary visited the bank more than 4 times to inquire about this, but the beneficiary bank officials say that there is absolutely no remittance as well as no communication frmo IndusForex or any bank regarding the remittance. Even showed the swift copy and they inquired about it in all departments and all branches, but there's nothing found.

      The IndusForex helpline stopped responding my calls and I cannot further request a helpline call from my number. I even tried with my friend's and family's numbers but it seems like they blacklisted all of them. I visited a local branch of IndusInd bank and they're saying that they can't help in this as its a different matter.

      So now I don't have any idea where IndusForex have sent my funds and why are they not responding. I'm attaching my swift copy of this order as a proof.

        Hi, Due to the COVID-19, I lost my job and there were some serious circumstances in the family. This was the reason I was unable to pay the bill.. I m a loyal customer of indusind bank . So, I don’t want such things to happen again. I want settlement of card and i contacted indusind recovery team but they are not helping on this matter. I also sent an email to indusind regarding the issues but no response yet.

          Abnormal Late Penalty and Interest charges on Credit Card Late Payment

          Is inform you that I had received Credit Card Statement from INDUSIND BANK for the period 04/07/2021 to 03/08/2021.
          Mentioning Interest & Other Charges as Rs.1126.91. I have forgot to pay the credit card payment on 23/07/2021.
          However, I have paid the amount on 29/07/2021. ie a delay of 6 days. I was abnormally charged Rs.1126 for default of payment of Rs.4356,
          which is about 26% of the bill Amount. I had already requested...

                Hi,
                i have a indusind bank master credit card. Total outstanding is Rs. 51616.64.
                Currently, i am jobless due to covid-19 and not able to make payment of my total outstanding. Currently it is very hard to me to live a normal life in this financial crisis. However, every month before due day i am trying to arrange and make payment of minimum due amount from last 4-5 months. After making the payment for 4 months still my total outstanding is Rs.51616.64 because every month interest charge is increased. It is creating lots of mental pressure on me.
                so i request you kindly do the settlement.

                  We purchase HF Deluxe in May 2019 and finance with IndusInd for one year. I had payed all EMI timely, My Last EMI was done in March 2020. During the buying time Bank agent take extra money from me and that is found by me when i got the physical loan bond. Then i ask with bank agent he said that person not took any extra money. I raised the mail to corporate office of bank for provide the all details of taken down payment. And we found he had taken extra money, and his senior person called me said agent feel sorry and agree to refund the money. I got refund the money with in 2-3 day after the call by his money. After few days agent meet me on Hero service center and said he we see at the time of clearance of loan.

                  Now i am facing the issue NOC, because after unlock down the market in JUN/JUL-20 i went for NOC in Bank, and Bank team said the NOC not received from the head Office due to lock down. And note down the request for NOC. After many Follow-ups i got a SMS from IndusInd Bank Bhiwani for NOC Arrival at bank. With in 2 days i went in Tosham Bank where my loan suctioned for NOC & show the SMS of bank then Team denied for arrival of NOC at Tosham bank. then next day i went in Bhiwani Bank and they said Tosham bank will provide the NOC we are not authorised we will send these NOC to Tosham bank and take from there. after many times went in tosham bank in Sep-20 tosham bank was giving me 2-3 months old NOC that was valid for 2-3 days. Then i denied to take that NOC and ask for fresh valid NOC.

                  after that i have written may mails to IndusInd Bank for provide valid NOC. One tine we get response of mail, Bank agreed to provide and meet to bank manager. I went and meet with Bank manager but he said they have no any information. He will talk to head office and will revert me. but i didn't get any reply of manager.

                  Now bank manager and agent speak 3000 Rs. NOC other wise NOC will not provide me.

                        Indus Ind bank has issued a credit card promising to issue vouchers worth of rs.5000 on payment of rs.5900. the company as issued me jet airways vouchers valid for 6 months. But jet airways as closed its operations and has stopped booking the airlines. Upon bringing it to the notice of Indus Ind bank they have offered to issue other retail vouchers which are not issued till date. I have raised the complaint with their regional officers, nodal officers and all other officer incharge. Since it was not addressed has a last resort I am raising the complaint with the consumer forum. Due to covid situation being in essential services staff coud not take time to raise the complaint immediately. I have been following up with the bank since one and half year but no response. Hope atleast a refund of my amount through the forum.my phone no.[protected]

                          I have left the job before 5months..I didn’t serve the notice period so they marked me absconded

                          But they are not doing full and final settlement from their end and im not able to withdraw my PF amount.

                          I have been calling to HR Mr Siddharth Panda but he is not responding to my calls and even mails

                            Hi Twam,

                            I am really disturbed as my one and only Indus Ind saving account has been blocked due to adding lean charges of my credit card balance Total 60K, Collection Manager Mr Deepak Number +[protected] asked me to clear the balance for 2 months which is not paid, so I allow him to deduct the charges from my savings account amount 9K, so he debited the same. after 3 days when I asked still account is on freeze, but he threatening me to pay all 60K balance, then only we will remove the lean.

                            I am very much disturbed, as my salary and all deposited is freeze in the saving account. I don't have any other option.

                                I did a money Transfer via IMPS induslnd mobile app on October 2020, I visited the bank branch in Kandivali had several bank visits regarding the complaint after that I raised a complaint on email and called customer care continuously yet no satisfactory response received from their end even when I am taking continue follow ups they give lame excuses stating it is on a good faith basis and we don't have any process of such reversal the amount was 15700 which was transferred incorrectly due to manual error and it was informed to the bank immediately yet no step has been taken from their end and they suggest us different ways like you search for the customer details yourself and contact the bank go visit this branch and ask them to refund you and just keep on redirection here and there without any action from their end.They even close the complaint raised with out proper solution and say that time of solving our complaint has exceeded.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  i had taken a two wheeler loan from your bank for my bike Hero Honda CBZ Xtrem no OR10F 9945 on the month of April 2009. I have already repay the loan but i am yet to get my NOC.

                                  kindly do the needful.
