[Resolved] Indusind Bank — account get debit freeze | |||
Greetings, My name is rohit kumar. I am an account holder of your bank a/c no.:[protected] at indusind bank branch: aggarwal e-mall, sector - 7, rohini, delhi - 110 005. Registered mobile no.: [protected]. This account was opened by your representative named girdhar kumar who called me in october 2018. He told me that i will get a credit card If i open the account with rs.20, 000. I agreed to open up the account because i needed the credit card. He took the cheque from me to open up the account of rs. 20, 000. Which got bounced due to some reason, he again took the cheque from me which was never applied. After few months i forgot about the account. Now recently i joined a new company Named interstar technologies pvt. Ltd. Which is located in gurgaon. The company called the indusind bank agent to open the salary account but when i provided my details The agent told me that i already have an account with indusind when i said i do not remember it he took my phone installed the app in that and loged in to my account and Told me to provide the same bank details to company which i did now company transferred my salary rs.40, 913.00 to the account on 7th nov'19 at night when i checked the account, It showed me the account balance of rs.33, 919.00. So it showed my account balance was less by rs.6, 994. I tried adding the money to my paytm but it gave me the error that your Bank had declied this transaction for which i contacted the customer care department they told me to visit the branch for this but i should not worry i will get my money back If i talk to the branch manager regarding this. Next day i visited the branch which was 8th nov'19. I discussed the same case with bank employee which was a lady. She told me that she has registered the complaint now i have to visit the bank on 11'th nov'2019. When i asked her that can i meet the branch manager she lied and said The branch manager is not present. While i was having that discussion i saw that branch manager was present in the office. When i forced to meet him she took to to the branch manager. The branch manager named dheeraj verma he said to me that this is all my mistake. His behavior was very rude towards me he also said if you are recording the conversation, which I was not doing. I can can not do anything of him. He told me to come on 12th nov'19. He said all the required complaints are registered. I left the branch from there which a hope. When i tried visiting the branch again i got to know 12th nov is a holiday. I again visited the branch on 14th nov'19 where i met varun who assured me again that my problem is reviewed And will he fixed till friday when i called him on friday he said it will be fixed in the evening and i will get my debited money also back. What every he told me is not done till now I have now got the resolution till now. I am very much suffering because of money sortage. I want my complete money back as soon as possible. I can now suffer anymore. The bank people are not ready to listen. I request you to go ahead and help me out with this. Kindly look in to the matter and take the required action.
