    My account was blocked 2 weeks ago after I received a payment of 100000, as my video KYC was not updated. I visited the nearest branch instantly and submitted required documents then and there. As I wanted to unfreeze my account and use my amount. I was told that it will done in 2 working days. They took at least 10 days to get it done, I received a message on last Saturday stating my issue has been resolved. I thought finally after so many efforts my account will be unblocked and I will be able to use that money. But no, my account is still blocked and whenever I call the bank I only get to hear “we have taken your complaint, allow us 3 working days”. No sir, none of the executives has taken my complaint seriously, they can’t unblock my account, they can’t release my amount. I have no idea what to do with this bank. It has created a very absurd image of themselves. I hope someone get back to me and understand the situation for once.

      I have saving indus exclusive account which had to be upgrade to pioneer account, my rm Ankita Ghoghari from mumbai br assured me it wil be done within 2-3 working days and all requiredment has been fullfilled but now what excuse me getting is senior level people have not approved it, inspite many attempts from her for upgrade request to higher level all are getting fail. Please upgrade it nor else i need to change my bank asap

          I have purchased Indusind bank legend credit card which is having 10k joining fee.

          It was shown to me at the time of applying, on Book My Show website as well as on Indusind bank website that I will be getting 3 tickets monthly. No additional conditions were mentioned at any if the place.

          Now whenever i am applying this offer it is showing " QUOTA FOR THIS OFFER EXHAUSTED "

          THIS IS REAL CHEATING TO CUSTOMER.

              This is to inform you that I had a Credit Card of Indusind Bank and your person told me and mailed me that I had to pay only 45000.00 against the card and the card status will be closed and same will be updated in Cibil. But I had went through the Cibil report. Still it’s showing Written off and some amount is overdue also indusind Bank updated the data after my payment. Kindly remove the written off status to closed at Cibil and provide me the NDC letter.

                I tried to book movie from bookmyshow site through indusind bank platinium visa card. but whenever i tried to book the movie ticket it shows the message that "Sorry, the quota for the offer you are trying has been exhausted. Please try again later. Please check offer terms and conditions for details or check the support section at https://support.bookmyshow.com". I have tried to the movie tickets at midnight also but it shows me the same message. At the time of selling the credit card bank tole me that you can buy 2 movie tickets at the price of 1. we are providing you an Buy 1 get 1 Movie ticket offer on this platinum visa credit card. But now whenever i tried to book the movie tickets it shows the above message. This is a cheating with the customer by the bank. I am not the only person who felt cheated by the bank on this site there are so many people who filed a complaint against the bank for the same problem. So i requesting you to please take a look on it & take some serious legal action against the bank for giving the fake offers to the customer for selling their products. Due to this customer feels cheated.

                  This is in reference to the credit account as mentioned in the subject line. Please be apprised that I have so far paid more than Rs. 1, 20, 000/- (One Lakh Twenty Thousand)
                  But to my surprise my outstanding still shows an amount of more than 1 Lakh rupees.

                  Hereby, through this means I rightfully seek explanation for the above calculation and also kindly share my acceptance for the extra charges which you have imposed every month.

                        My debit card had expired and the bank sent it to the my previous work plce.
                        I changed my address associated with the bank account and asked the bank to send the debit card to new address
                        However it is being sent to old address again n again
                        The million calls i make to enquire, i just get to hear that please wait we will look into the matter and the card is being dispatched to your new address.
                        Last they told me that bank will ask india post to redirect it to ur new address.
                        Instead of coming to Mohali., my debit card was redirected to Zirakpur and the tracking shows that it is already delivered .
                        Clearly I have not received it so it is delivered to the wrong address

                          Making fool of public! This bank should close! Their employees does fake commitment to clients and then stop receiving their calls! One of their sales guy kapil [protected] came and approach me for loan. I agree after he asked that i need to open account at their bank with limit of 10, 000 to start and later account will be 0% limit with in 7 days! The day my account open he stop receiving my calls! Nor took any documents for my loan! His purpose was only increase bank consumers! With in the period of 3 months my account debited more than 2500 INR and when I'm trying to reach him for his commitment of 0% limit conversation he's avoid my calls now! Please don't take any risk of your hard earned money! It's their business of making fool of people! Should boycott this bank

                                In my cibil score, there shows 2 loan account of other person in indusind bank. That loan is not related to me, I visited the kannur branch and give a letter about the matter, they checked and confirm me that account is not related to me. The branch says that this may be clerical error by cibil team of the bank. I am a Army person, my only intention of this leave is to take a home loan . but due to this cibil score issue couse by Indusand bank, I can't process my home loan . The cibil score must be clear. And also urgently I need a letter from Indusand bank that I have no any Loan account in this bank, so that I can process my home loan in this leave period. Pls take necessary action

                                    I received NOC on May 21st after putting complaint here and they told me to submit it asap as last date of expiry was may23rd...(may22nd-sunday)..i coukdn able to submit my application on may23rd because my insurance didn update..after that i contact branch for reissued copy..they said it is not possible??..and recommend me to contact rto agents to whom I gave my application...status to my application is still not clear...if i have got my application 3month back on time..i could have solved the issue of insurance on time ...my complaint is not solved yet.

                                      On Monday 02/05/2022 I initiated IMPS money Transfer transaction of 170000 which got timed out in indusind mobile app.
                                      but instead of timeout sms I got sms that you money is debited for imps. and that money got debited form my indusind account and not credited to beneficiary bank.
                                      I am so much worried as it is big amount and it's been 2 days I did not get it in either accounts.
                                      customer care told it may take 3 days but how I can be assure about it.
