Hi,
My Car loan is cleared on 31.05.2022 but noc is not issued . I dont understand when bank teams are that particular in recovering the amount that we fail to do on time, why don't you maintain the same sincerity after clearing the full loan . I want the NOC as soon as possible .

    Respected madam/sir,
    I Mr.Bhumil Kamlesh Doshi had applied loan from Ziploan loan no- zl[protected] and in connection with IndusInd bank loan no:[protected] dated: February 2020 amount: Rs. 1, 92, 000 at 26% p.a interest rate.
    I have paid all my emi on time. Now zip loan and IndusInd bank say rs.1492.00 is outstanding since 2020 which is unbelievable as i have paid all the necessary emi on time.
    I informed zip loan and the bank of this issue but their response was poor/not satisfaction.
    In between zip loan and IndusInd bank, my CIBIL score has been damaged badly.
    I wanted to purchase a motorbike for my family and due to the zip loan and IndusInd bank internal issue, am unable to apply loan as they both has spoiled my CIBIL score.
    I want this matter to be cleared asap and also the damages which they have done to my CIBIL score they should be penalized and revise my CIBIL score to positive.
    I can provide all data when required.
    Your help in this matter will help me and my family a lot.

      NOC of 2 Commercial Vehicle

      I had purchased 2 Ashok Leyland vehicle and loan taken from Indusind bank, in 2019 got NOC from bank bit it was lost during shifting of our home. Applied for duplicate NOC before 25 days by paying appropriate charges and with a indemnity but still no response. I have committed to sell both vehicles and taken token money for these.

      But still no response from Indusind bank their reply is remain same that status is showing Dispatch...

      I had cleared the due amount on[protected] and requested the branch as well as sent an email to customer support asking for NOC and to remove the WRITTEN-OFF status from CIBIL as I require the NOC to produce in other institutions to take loans for Medical Emergencies.

      It's been more than 10 days since I haven't received any response to my queries and when I visited the branch, they are not ready to help in any manner and their behavior towards customers was very disappointed.
      I feel helpless during this emergency situation.

      And for the queries which I had raised with Customer Support also helpless. These people are closing the service requests without providing resolution.

      I know Banks usually take time of 15-20 days to produce NOC but this is the request which I made for some emergency.

      Please help and resolve my issue.

        Hi,

        I have taken two wheeler loan with loan number: AEE00813H. it was completed on July 2021 but bank people saying there was a cheque bounce on my loan, i have asked for account statement but there are not ready to provide me, after covid pandemic all other financial organizations provide everything on their respective websites or Mobile apps, Why INDUSIND bank not providing such data on Apps or Website. i need detail statement of my two wheeler loan to my email ([protected]@gmail.com).

            I was to open a zero balance account last year so I got know about IndusInd Bank Digi Start Savings account.             Cheating account holders

            I have taken credit card loan Rs 345000 and immediately in the next day they have generated bill along with Loan EMI amount rs 26000 which is not acceptable. Please note that before taking loan i had discussed with loan final verification dept of indusind bank team person and they promised that if you taken loan today then EMI will start after next billing cycle only.                 My account was blocked 2 weeks ago after I received a payment of 100000, as my video KYC was not updated. I visited the nearest branch instantly and submitted required documents then and there. As I wanted to unfreeze my account and use my amount. I was told that it will done in 2 working days. They took at least 10 days to get it done, I received a message on last Saturday stating my issue has been resolved. I thought finally after so many efforts my account will be unblocked and I will be able to use that money. But no, my account is still blocked and whenever I call the bank I only get to hear “we have taken your complaint, allow us 3 working days”. No sir, none of the executives has taken my complaint seriously, they can’t unblock my account, they can’t release my amount. I have no idea what to do with this bank. It has created a very absurd image of themselves. I hope someone get back to me and understand the situation for once.

                  I have saving indus exclusive account which had to be upgrade to pioneer account, my rm Ankita Ghoghari from mumbai br assured me it wil be done within 2-3 working days and all requiredment has been fullfilled but now what excuse me getting is senior level people have not approved it, inspite many attempts from her for upgrade request to higher level all are getting fail. Please upgrade it nor else i need to change my bank asap

                      I have purchased Indusind bank legend credit card which is having 10k joining fee.

                      It was shown to me at the time of applying, on Book My Show website as well as on Indusind bank website that I will be getting 3 tickets monthly. No additional conditions were mentioned at any if the place.

                      Now whenever i am applying this offer it is showing " QUOTA FOR THIS OFFER EXHAUSTED "

                      THIS IS REAL CHEATING TO CUSTOMER.

                          This is to inform you that I had a Credit Card of Indusind Bank and your person told me and mailed me that I had to pay only 45000.00 against the card and the card status will be closed and same will be updated in Cibil. But I had went through the Cibil report. Still it’s showing Written off and some amount is overdue also indusind Bank updated the data after my payment.                             I tried to book movie from bookmyshow site through indusind bank platinium visa card. but whenever i tried to book the movie ticket it shows the message that "Sorry, the quota for the offer you are trying has been exhausted. Please try again later. Please check offer terms and conditions for details or check the support section at https://support.bookmyshow.com". I have tried to the movie tickets at midnight also but it shows me the same message. At the time of selling the credit card bank tole me that you can buy 2 movie tickets at the price of 1. we are providing you an Buy 1 get 1 Movie ticket offer on this platinum visa credit card. But now whenever i tried to book the movie tickets it shows the above message. This is a cheating with the customer by the bank. I am not the only person who felt cheated by the bank on this site there are so many people who filed a complaint against the bank for the same problem. So i requesting you to please take a look on it & take some serious legal action against the bank for giving the fake offers to the customer for selling their products. Due to this customer feels cheated.

                              This is in reference to the credit account as mentioned in the subject line. Please be apprised that I have so far paid more than Rs. 1, 20, 000/- (One Lakh Twenty Thousand)
                              But to my surprise my outstanding still shows an amount of more than 1 Lakh rupees.

                              Hereby, through this means I rightfully seek explanation for the above calculation and also kindly share my acceptance for the extra charges which you have imposed every month.
