I am shivani from icici branch..by mistake i send my money to this bank on December 25, 2022 and i raised a complaint for the same...it has been 41 days, , , they are harassing me continuously.. even the beneficiary gave the authorization letter to the bank for the same still they are just doing nothing, , ., , thats how this bank works...one of the worst bank, , whether its icici or indusind they know well how to harass the customers well ..they just wait for the customer to take a legal actions, i have wasted 41 days...dont trust these bank, ., , they are thief..

Updated by shivanishivanichugh846@ It has already been raised and indusind bank has already forwarded my request for approval as the beneficiary has already given the consent letter

Reference number 17597139 given to me by indusind bank.but no action been taken by the bank.im still waiting for this.
Please help me.
