I had availed bike loan from Indusind bank. But after repayment of loan i had not got the NOC of loan on mail and not by courier. Now i am apply for NOC then they asked me 500rs and affidavit on 300rs stamp paper with notorized. please help me from this open robbery of bank from clients.

Is this right way to Collect monkey from clients.

          I have loan from IDFC and EMI deduct from Induslnd bank on 2 of every month i always add money on 1st of every month and emi will deduct on 2nd after deduct emi Induslnd bank charging me ECS on my loan and diducted every month 590 when i ask customer care they don't have any solution and always say you didn't paid one time EMI ...after i show them one time payment detail... then they will say we are taking a comp-lent and you will get refund within 2 days but same thing will happens every month and i didn't get any refund on my amount till date ... i have add money for hospital bill and this bank deduct my all amount i lost my 6 to 7K from this bank

            Signature Debit Card not activating, no refund

            I was sold Indusind Signature Debit Card for which Rs. 11, 800 money has been deducted on 24 Nov 2021, to avail benefits of the card I was told to swipe Rs.500 for petrol as an activation.

            I tried swiping and the PIN sent via mail was not working, on informing the execute, I was told to reset the pin at ATM, this was not working also, tried at two different ATMs, on asking the execute again, he said to resent via mobile app,...

They took all the relevant documents like cheque, account details and others. What is this service for just to hassle the customers or what. Such a worst service provided by this company.                     Dear Sir,
                    My brother (Mr. Vijay Kumar Nair) took a 3 vehicle loan from Indus Ind bank. Unfortunate his sad demise happened on 10.12.2020. After that, I Suresh Nair, brother of Mr. Vijay Kumar Nair approached bank to settle the loan account. Subsequently, they have agreed to settle, but they have taken amount over and above the actual EMI to be paid. I continuously following for the clarification for total loan amount, total settled amount, total waiver amount, total interest amount etc. etc. it is noticed that bank is not giving proper explanation and recovered from us is more than actual EMI to be paid. As far as informed matter with concerned manager but he is completely not co-operating and not giving the clarifications on the settlement of Loan.

                      On 4th of January 2022 due to default in the security system of indusind bank my credit card was swiped by an unknown mode and as soon as I was aware about the incident I had informed the customer care of the Indus ind bank and had made them blocked my card .
                      On 5th of January 2022 again there was moment of transaction within 24 hours inspite of blocking the usage of the card and again i called the customer care and they had informed me to raise a complaint in police station and Indus ind customer care only told me that my mobile number has been hacked so I don't have to make any payments and i have call recordings and card blocked mesages on 4th jan 2022 as my proof its due to Indusind bank weak security system i had to face lot of trouble
                      I had filed a police case on 6th of January 2022
                      Now due to regular harassment from the Indusind Bank customer care i have decided to file a case in protection of my consumer rights against the bank

                      every day phone harassment from collection department to pay out standing amount please solve the problem as soon as possible when i blocked the card on 4th jan 2022without my intimation or with out my new card dispached how can i do one more transaction on 5th jan 2022 please solve this problem as soon as possible

                          There is property loan running with Induslnd bank ludhiana punjab which we wanted to pay off ..as we r selling that property, Induslnd bank is charging 4% charge on the loan by saying that Rbi issued new rule of which no prior information was provided by the bank . we were requesting from past 3 month for the forcloser we did n't get any update . their employee named richa khatri offered us tht if we will nt close the loan they will reduced our interest rate so we refused that .
                          Than we received call from the bank that if we pay our last month installment as we did'nt pay as we were not getting any response from bank regarding the forcloser at that time mr amit kumar from the branch call n offer us that they will waived our 4%chargesof pre payment of loan charges bt we recieved call today from the bank from the same person he inform us that the charges will nt removed we have to pay that chages n the rules is isued by rbi they were sending us their apology for delay response only

                            I have 4 commercial vehicles which all are same, at paraghat toll plaza my vehicles cross daily which charges 110/- one of my vehicle facing issue the toll plaza deducts extra charges daily on 1 of my vehicle the vehicle no.                               Credit Card Account Details Not Updated Correctly in my CIBIL report

                              With reference my Indusind Credit Card number [protected] has been settled & closed .but still it showing outstanding in my credit card account and showing overdue.even though raising dispute through CIBIL dispute raise system i am getting response as "no change" in my credit card account even though i called to customer care no response and even though enquiring with indusind bank credit card section i am not get my issue cleared at...

                                I am shivani from icici branch..by mistake i send my money to this bank on December 25, 2022 and i raised a complaint for the same...it has been 41 days, , , they are harassing me continuously.. even the beneficiary gave the authorization letter to the bank for the same still they are just doing nothing, , ., , thats how this bank works...one of the worst bank, , whether its icici or indusind they know well how to harass the customers well ..they just wait for the customer to take a legal actions, i have wasted 41 days...dont trust these bank, ., , they are thief..

                                  This is Ashok iam old customer of your bank since 2009 iam refered more than 10 people for your bank i have to purchase honda active in your vehicle loan department 03.03.2020 Nellore branch Andhra Pradesh loan account number ANJ06565H. iam decided to close my vehicle loan 11.08.2020 that time contact to your bank your back people finalize the amount and given one detailed slip same day I have to clear amount in DD mode your bank accounts people given payment silp your people saying contact to after one month they are provided NoC I have to contact your bank 15.10.2021 your people saying your loan account closed documents not uploaded in my system I have to contact manager that person saying server down I will check after some time after 10 days manger called to me in your loan account 600/- pending shown then again I will contact to your bank 27.10.2021 paying balance showing amount again today 31.01.2022 I will contact your bank but till now noc not received your bank people saying waiting for some days they are saying hologram not generate irresponsible answer iam very disappoint your bank services again I never refered to your bank for any coustomer

                                    I Am NRI customer holding NRI exclusive account and raised request on 10th Dec 2021 to upgrade the account to Pioneer upon confirmation from relationship manager that account meets eligibility criteria however the request is still not completed in spite of multiple chasers.
