Amount paid ( Rs. 910.00) to IndusInd Bank credit card through Paytm Credit card payment (UPI Ref No:[protected] Order ID: [protected] dated 13th Jan, 2022 at 09:03PM.
Amount paid ( Rs. 1399.00) to IndusInd Bank credit card through Paytm Credit card payment (UPI Ref No:[protected] Order ID: [protected] dated 16th Jan, 2022 at 06:20PM.

My banker, SBI confirmed third party transfer of Rs. 910.00 vide their transaction id UPI/DR/[protected]/Paytm/Cr/PYTM/[protected]@/Oid17 dated 13.01.2022 AND
UPI/DR/[protected]/Paytm/Cr/PYTM/[protected]@/Oid17 dated 16.01.2022 respectively.
My concern is even after a laps of 15 days, IndusInd Bank not confirming the credit of both amount mentioned above and not even ready to listen my querries through their customer connect or online.
IndusInd Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I applied for personal loan from bankBazaar online.
    I signed agreement Documents submitted cheques.
    Even after 8days my loan is not disbursed from INDUSIND Bank .

    Reference no::17463549

    I mailed multiple times but no response no proper solution . Why this bank is too irritating with their own slow process.

    No proper solution, no customer satisfaction, no customer support.

    Very very pathetic and worsted experience I got from INDUSIND Bank .

      I applied for personal loan from bankBazaar online.

      Loan has been approved . On 27th 2022. I signed agreement and submitted cheques name of IndusInd Bank. They told me I will receive amount in 24hr.

      But it's more than 3 days I not received loan amount in my bank account.

          Loan fraud

          Address: Vimal Memorial Public School, Juhi Lal Colony, Juhi Kalan, Juhi, Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India, 71/7 juhi lal colony

          19/01/2022 Left from Kanpur to Agra in his Baleno car to pick up his wife and children. Near Sirsaganj police station from where Firozabad toll falls, the recovery agent stopped my car and forcibly beat it up and after that I dialed 100 number and informed the police.

          Your recovery agent has taken ₹8000 from me to drop the car. I have not received any receipt for this.

            Dear RBI Bank,

            I Balababu took a personal loan from IndusInd bank a year back and regularly paid the EMI loan till December and after that I relieved from my company then salary is not credited in January. I tried to contact the Loan closure department from December to close without pre-closure charges, but no response then the Jan month EMI skipped, after that they routed to few departments and finally got the Loan closure department contact.

            I tried my best and informed them that I will PAY MY LOAN AMOUNT WITHOUT PRE-CLOSURE but the bank is not accepting it.

            They are charging around 60k as pre-closure charges. Please help me to close the amount without pre-closure or any other additional charges from December month.

            Important Note: We have more than 10L in PMC (Punjab Maharashtra Bank) and that bank is not settling down, my hard earned saving money struck. That is also under RBI.

            In this situation I had mentioned them to close without pre-closure charges but they are not willing to do it. I read some articles and recent news, there it was clearly mentioned that no banks should charge a pre-closure amount. The part payment option should be there but IndusInd bank seems not following it.

            I sent email to customer care and other's but there is no proper written response for the last 1 month.

            Please take this mail as priority and please provide your suggestion regarding the pre-closure charges.

            Instead they are mentioning if you top-up the loan then providing the pre-closure benefit. Not sure why it is not applicable for my existing loan. Always they trying get amount from customers but not thinking of from customer benefit.

                NOC for scooty

                My name is joginder singh . I purchased Honda Activa 3g scooty in 2016 . After paying my all installments of 2 years, I still didn't get the NOC. Whenever I go to the showroom the bank agent said that NOC will come to your home .. I am broken from this incident . My vehicle registration number DL9SBB2386.

                    My loan was supposed to be completed 2 months ago, but they keep on debiting EMI s from my account. Two days ago the due amount was 349.11 but they debited 559 rupees but still the app showing 210 due on my loan account

                            Resected sir,

                            I have a complaint, this mail consist of this.

                            I am vijin, an indusind bank customer.
                            My loan number is ELP09146H and vehicle number is KL 34 F 1217.

                            As per the balance of loan amount, i have only Rs. 5277 after the debit of August's Emi.
                            Then, Rs. 3536 EMI has debited in september. After that, my last EMI was the final emi amount, ie, Rs. 1741.

                            I had enquired and talked with nearest Indusind bank office, at ranni.
                            They said that, final and closing balance is 1741, that will debit on october 7th. And then after NOC will be issued.

                            But closing EMI RS. 3505 has been debited from my account instead of 1741.

                            I have given a complaint to ranni office, they said that, its showing excess amount. They told me that they have registered refund request and solve the issue.

                            But its not getting solved yet..

                            Pls check and confirm the details.
                            Please give refund of excess amount and My NOC.

                            We wish to inform you that in the deal ELXXXX46H there is a refundable amount of INR 1177/-

                            There were around 5 EMI returned in this deal and for all these returns EMI payments were received after a delayed period.

                            This has attracted additional interest charges and hence, the reduction in the refundable amount.

                            Further, we request you to please submit a cancelled cheque leaf and KYC to enable us to transfer the excess amount through NEFT.

                              I had an account on Indusind Bank Kayamkulam Branch and I would like to close that account.For that I had given a request at the bank on 03/12/2021 and they said that I should pay 215Rs for the closure and I had paid the amount to the bank account and they said the account will be closed by today but till now the account is not closed and I had recieved a call from bank that I should pay Rs30 because the bank has charged negative balance in my account.But I had requested for the closure of my account on December 3.So I don’t know what should I do now.The bank representatives are saying they are helpless.I am attaching the screenshot of my statement with this complaint.
