I have a complaint, this mail consist of this.
I am vijin, an indusind bank customer.
My loan number is ELP09146H and vehicle number is KL 34 F 1217.
As per the balance of loan amount, i have only Rs. 5277 after the debit of August's Emi.
Then, Rs. 3536 EMI has debited in september. After that, my last EMI was the final emi amount, ie, Rs. 1741.
I had enquired and talked with nearest Indusind bank office, at ranni.
They said that, final and closing balance is 1741, that will debit on october 7th. And then after NOC will be issued.
But closing EMI RS. 3505 has been debited from my account instead of 1741.
I have given a complaint to ranni office, they said that, its showing excess amount. They told me that they have registered refund request and solve the issue.
But its not getting solved yet..
Pls check and confirm the details.
Please give refund of excess amount and My NOC.

We wish to inform you that in the deal ELXXXX46H there is a refundable amount of INR 1177/-
There were around 5 EMI returned in this deal and for all these returns EMI payments were received after a delayed period.
This has attracted additional interest charges and hence, the reduction in the refundable amount.
Further, we request you to please submit a cancelled cheque leaf and KYC to enable us to transfer the excess amount through NEFT.
