Hi, My name is Maria Clement, I am writing this to you under immense pressure of financial burden. Few of my family members (Dad and Brother) were hospitalized due to Covid and I had to spend a huge sum of amount during their hospitalization and due to which I was unable to pay my credit card dues. Every mth I'm somehow managing to pay minimum due by borrowing from others. I contacted cus service and recovery team requesting for settlement and conversion but I did not get any positive response. Every day I get a call from a lady from collection, her phone number is +[protected], she insults me, talks bad about my family and harasses me and my family members by calling them all which has led me to mental depression. My credit card outstanding balance is Rs 1, 10, 000. Team I need your help in this matter at the earliest as I'm completely depressed and these collection agents especially that lady who doesn't even tell her name during her call is forcing me to take a wrong decision. Please help me ASAP.
