Hi,
I have applied for credit card from induslnd bank on July 2021. Which they told cannot be delivered to my home address pincode 221007 as the area is not feasible, so I requested them to deliver it to my delhi address in which they fail to deliver again (reason unknown). Now in August there is a transaction of rupees 11941 happned. Now they are asking me to pay the amount. Firstly, I have never received any credit card form the bank so it is not possible for me to use the card physically, secondly it is not possible for me to use the virtual card as I don’t have any account with this bank so i am not eligible to register in there mobile application. But now the recovery agent are calling me and telling that i am lying and must have used the card 1 way or the other. I have raised complaint to the bank customer care several times but no action taken. And now the recovery agents are calling and there is a threat in there voice. I can do the payment any time as one of the agents have given me the card number but I am not doing it because its not my mistake or i have not spent any thing from that card. Its some kind of bank issue or fraud which I am not able to figure out. Kindly help me with this issue as it is also affecting my CIBIL score very badly.
