Dear sir, I Have 3 vechiles loaned in Induslnd bank, one car and two traveller(contract carrier), i sold my car whic is a private vechile to a 3rd party and they closed the oustanding loan amount of the car, as we asked the bank at that time, they told they will rpovide the noc within 15 days, as we asked the noc after 15 days, they told, the loan outstanding of my other vechiles should be cleared or else noc cant be provided, as of covid issue the other two vchiles are not running and there is no revenue from that point, am thinking of selling other vechile, but my car who bought bvy the 3rd party is using my car without name change, if noc is provided for the car they can only change the name, and they are making issues for not providing the noc, i humbly request to the bank to provide me the noc for the closed loan of the car

    I had recharged for my Jio plan 199 yesterday (02.11.21), the day before expiration. I recharged from my IndusInd bank app like I always do, and the amount was deducted. I also got a notification that was the recharge was successful. But after my plan ended today I was shown that I don't have any plans!

    Where did my money go??

    I had to recharge once again to keep the internet ongoing.

    Refund my money (the first recharge amount)! This is deceit!

        i just post all the detail to your mail id and also i went to branch they are not responding well
        i m just wondering that how they treat customers like that see replying the request is not enough i tried your customer care number finally i reach them at 10th time of continuous call from 11am i could reach them at 1 pm and i called them to tell that branch was not responding and she simply tell contact branch sir and cut the call how much I am frustrated after hearing those words and also solve my problem from your end issue my NOC For my bike

As moratorium was applied from march to may 2020, EMI payments were deferred and maturity date was extended by 3 months to 7.11.2021. For this deferment there is an interest to be borne by the customer which is Rs4431/- and this will be collected in 2 instalments of Rs3050/- dated 7.12.2021 and balance Rs1381/- vide instalment dated 7.1.2022. On completion of these the deal will get completed and we shall arrange for NOC.

                            I am having credit card from indusind bank and using since 2 years 3-4 months back indusind bank told me to upgrade my card and send me new card they told me that they will give me amazon vouchers to use approx 50000 rs. And i need to pay this amount from credit card which is lifetime free but they send me shopping vouchers and its a fraud with me is it possible to worth it use shopping vouchers kindly solve this

                              I had taken a car loan from your bank which was fully paid in june this year. I got a noc dated 9 June 2021 now as I wanted to sell this car and issued noc had expired I called bank regarding issue of duplicate your customer care told me that it is going to take 45 days to issue another noc I was shocked at time being given for such small thing than I called another staff at a local branch he also told me that it is going to take 15-20 days for issue duplicate noc. It is just so inhumane to hold someone for that long when other banks are issuing noc on same day and even your bank is giving loan in few days and for noc you have to hold customer for so long. What I feel is bank like your's uses customer and exploit them as most of time RBI is reluctant to take action and even banking ombudsman protects vultures like you. When everyone knows there cannot be another reason, in providing loans you are taking hours and for giving noc you are taking month you just want more money so that customer is exploited more and more can be sucked out of him.
                              Banks like yours exploit customers till last blood is drawn out of them and you are not going to give duplicate NOC for free but atleast provide that in reasonable period of time.

                              Update - Almost 25 days have passed since applying for duplicate NOC
                              but bank is not responding.

                                Amazon refunded me 428rs to my account on 08/10/2021. But in my bank account(A/c no.[protected], IFSC - INDB0000335) the amount didn't reflect. Amazon gave me refund reference number(authorization code for the transaction, was issued by bank on behalf of they recieved the money from amazon[protected]
