Dear Concern,

I had a two wheeler loan in IndusInd Bank with loan number GRV04909H, and the loan was completed successfully, but I did not get the NOC letter.

So I visited Indusind Finance Office (Veraval, Gujarat) dated 6th Aug'21, and where I was told that NOC letter was returned, and NOC will come in 45 days, and the representative said that you will get a call from us in 45 days.

But I haven't received any call even after two months. I also asked the representative for the branch contact number, but he did not give it to me.

Hence kindly help me to get NOC letter at earliest. Thanks.

    Dear Sir, I have taken a 2 wheeler loan under registration nbr AP10AP 9982 in the year 2008 which was duly completed without any delay in payments therefore. Later on since I moved abroad due to my professional requirements wa unable to collect my NOC from ur bank. Now since I’m not staying in India want to dispose my vehicle for which I need a NOC.       I have received the card but when generating pin its shows details are wrong not found in records but when I made payment they received it and I got confirmation also if details are wrong how can they received payment fraud and harrasment

        My brother used IndusInd credit card and due to unemployment he is unable pay it back. We got call from bank for payment and I was asking him for payment options he started using profanity language n is not ready understand the issues and help us solve the issue. I have call recording of the same

          i m just wondering that how they treat customers like that see replying the request is not enough i tried your customer care number finally i reach them at 10th time of continuous call from 11am i could reach them at 1 pm and i called them to tell that branch was not responding and she simply tell contact branch sir and cut the call how much I am frustrated after hearing those words and also solve my problem from your end issue my NOC For my bike

              Sir my father died on 24th November 2020 due to heart attack, I had also given all the papers to this company, initially the company balo had said that all my loan money left will be forgiven but now it is only Only 50 thousand are forgiven, I asked the insurance company, then those people told that we had insured that if the person who took the loan dies, then we would have to pay the damages of the loan, but all this work was done by the bank giving the loan. Will claim but the bank is saying that and our money is forgiven but here the bank branch manager took a pose, we are very poor, sir, our mother is sick, we are heart patients, we are all sisters, brothers are small, I pray to you.                   Excessive messages and email

                  Hi,
                  I had applied for IndusIn credit card because misleading way IndusIn process their application, they first showed me I am eligible for their card and the amount for which I am eligible then they take all your documents and then no response for 7 days.
                  I tried to check status on their website which was not helpfull at all.

                      Hi All,

                      Please be informed that I have a complaint regarding my credit card payment related.

                      As per concern I had a credit card which I already closed with full payment with closure fees on Feb 2020 and one more thing as per representative told me my total payment due is aprox 31000/- and with GST and foreclosure fee its aprox 33000/- and I paid 34800 aprox which they said means I done access of payments.

                      I thought it was closed but in few days I received couple of messages for payment 1789/-.
                      When I already requested to close my card and loan account and already pay my due with access of amount than why you I pay more.

                      Please take it on seriously note and waive my all due and close my account ASAP.

                        Sir, I was approached by Indusind Bank official, Ms Karishma and then Mr Vishal Punjabi, of Naupada Branch Thane to open a saving Account with the Bank, as suggested i opened the account .Then they said, you upgrade your Pinnacle Credit to a next higher version and Pay 15000/+GST= Rs17700/-. I told them, I am not interested, as I cant pay Rs15000/- forthis. They said i wil be provided Amazon voucher for the value of Rs15000/- and i will not be of any loss, ad I get a higher version of the credit card.
                        I pointed that, stil iwill be losing the GST amount of Rs2700/-, as i cannot set off that, as an individual its a loss. However they both assured me that, i shall bee provided the coupon for this value of Rs2700/-also and to pay the amount. They confirmed this in the whats up message.
                        On payment and upgradation on following up, i received the coupons for Rs15000/- only. No coupon is received for Rs2700/- . There is NO response from them on following up and their card division says as per the scheme they can give coupon only for Rs15000/-.

                        This is a total fraud on the customers by the Bank officials, and was cheated me by Rs2700/-, why the bank officials of the Naupada Branch, Thane, play this mischief and defraud the customers.PLease addrress them to get back the money. Thanks shankar Devarajan

                          My office have two current account in the name of MR ISO CELL & RDSO-ED Research, my office has given all the relevant documents to Alambagh Lucknow branch, whichever are required for KYC updation but bank has not updated, also bank is saying that i can not say that how much time my bank will take due to updation is being done by Mumbai office. i think that bank service is not good.

                                Hi, i have a indusind bank platinum select credit card. Total outstanding is 45k which is overlimit. My credit limit was 40k. I am using this card from last 1 year

                                Currently, i am jobless and not able to make payment of my total outstanding. Currently it is very hard to me to live a normal life in this financial crisis. However, every month before due day i am trying to arrange and make payment of minimum due amount of rs. 4422/- from last 3-4 months. After making the payment of 4422 for 4 months still my total outstanding is 88000 because every month interest charge is a round 3600 + overlimit : 500 + 18% gst. It is creating lots of mental pressure on me.

                                I contacted indusind bank credit card settlement team for the same and ask them to convert my outstanding to emi. They told me that no emi option is available on my card and then after disclosing my current situation, iprovided a phone number of collection team, kolkata.ot disappointed. They told no emi or settlement option is available on my card. They threaten me, that if i am not able to make the payment then they know how to recover the amount and some abusive word. I faced this issue and this create mental pressure on me. Moreover, every day i got so many calls from indusind bank collection team and they are harassing as well.

                                I asked indusind bank for several time for settlement or covert outstanding to emi. But no hopes. I am ready to pay the total outstanding in emi option because as a jobless person, i am not able to pay total outstanding in a single shot.

                                  Stop credit and loan calls Everyday

                                  Daily 5 to 6 times phone calls from Indusind bank end comes regarding to take loan and credit card. I am not interested to take loan . So please stop the same if not than i shall move to consumer court. My mobile no .[protected]....

                                  Credit card transaction error

                                  I am not being able to use my card for any transaction even i cannot login to credit card mobile application. This is happening since yesterday and i need to make payments using the card. Even i can't reach any person through the helpline number. Please help....
