    Welcome kit was returned due to insufficient address and not due to incorrect address and they debit freeze my account.
    Branch is 25km away from my home and i have undergone surgery cannot go for more 2 months. Still they are forcing to visit branch for the mistake made by them.
    Mail has not been replied by them from last 1 week
    Even the debit card fee is debited 2 months ago. Worst service

      I've cleared all the emi (Rs. 17910 per month) for my personal loan[protected], on time within may 2020. The last emi paid is on 04/05/2020.

      Later i get to know i have 229 rupees of principal due to some adjustment and that becomes more than 1000 rupees with interest as of today. Still, that is not what i want to know here.

      In the meantime, there is 3 times money got deducted from my icici bank saving account...

      My name is Prakshep Shirke, my contact number is [protected]. I have paid 50100 rps to indusind bank vehicle department on 19th June 2020 for getting my bike NOC letter. Mr. Sachin Sonawane has informed me that i will be getting my NOC letter on 8th or in late scenarion by 13th July as the NOC will be coming from Chennai branch. Finally on 28th July, they closed the contract and he said me that it takes max 15 days for NOC to reach mumbai branch. But now it has been 30 days and there is still no update of my NOC. Whenever i asked about the same to Mr. Sachin Sonawne he says it will come and he dont know that when it will be received in branch. On asking the courier details and any contact details of chennai branch, he say we dont have any contact details, and you take it from google. It has been more than 2 months i have paid the amount and not received the NOC.

              On 04th August 2020 I had POS VISA Debit card swipe for an amount of Rs.1701/- location at nagercoil from Sree Ganapathy petroleum unfortunately it shows transaction failed.But an amount of Rs.1701/- is debited from my current account not refund to my account till the date.We request you to refund my POS Amount of Rs.1701/- credit to my current account.

                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                  On 07/08/2020 I tried to withdraw amount of 9000 rupees from SBI ATM but it clearly showed on the screen that the transaction failed. And immidiately i recieved a sms that 9000 rupees has been debited from my account, which I have no knowledge of.
                  I have enclosed a copy of the ministatement for ease of reference.
                  It is apparent that either an error has been made on your part or my identity has been fraudulently used by a third party.
                  And i have raised a complain regarding the same on 08/08/2020.
                  Complain Number is 803911 with account no[protected]
                  And i havent recieved any money till now on my failed transaction.

                  As per the RBI guidelines and and the link shared "in the case of a failed ATM transaction, the banks has been mandated to recredit the customer's account within 5 calender days from the date of the failed transaction"
                  If the bank fails to recredit the amount as per the RBI guidelines " the card issuing bank has to pay compensation of Rupees 100 per day for delaying in recrediting the customer's amount beyond 5 calender days from the date of the failed ATM transaction"
                  Which I have not received yet.

                  I would request you to look into this matter asap and resolve this asap.

                    They looted my two months salary amount saying administration fees (Though i have not used the card and instructed people to close the account) though my brother has medical urgency. Finally, he died because i could not send medical emergency money. This bank is very cruel in acting their ethical practices with society and people.

                    I need justice for this though it was quite long, and the people involving in these corrupted and idiotic practises for their own benefits should be punished severely and blacklisted so that they beg and eat, then they know the sweat of hard-working.

                        Dear sir,

                        I have ordered one telecast tablet pc android 10.1 inch on 140820 order no. Order ms1576 and made payment through payu money rs. 2999 on my indusind credit card. Upon research it seems its a fraudulent company and i have been trying to raise a complaint with my credit card bank. The merchant hasn't claimed the money, but the bank is refusing to hold the payment whenever its claimed. How can indusind not raise a claim to dishonor the payment that the card holder is requesting for.

                        So kindly do the needful.

                            I finance a vespa from indsind bank in july 2014. I had taken noc first time from bank but i was unaware about further process. So it get delayed and that noc expires. So i gone to bank again and tried for new noc but till date bank not provide my new no objection certificate to clear the further documentation. I am in regularly following up with the bank representative in opposite to pcmc municipal corporation building (Pimpri-chinchwad) branch in pune of two wheeler but he is providing me info that it comes from chennai and it takes time. Now it would be 7 months that i requested a noc. Kindly help me in this regards.

                                I am using the indusind credit card from last 2 years. Yesterday there are 5 fraudulent transactions happened for my credit card number of rupees around rs 70, 000 without my approval or consent.

                                  I had been paying minimum bill regularly, still interest on my card been exponentially applied. I am getting calls from bank from last 3 months for settlement. But no one's giving exact information about the same. Let me know if the bank is really interested in settlement.. I haven't used the card by the way, my friend has used it and now cheated me by not paying the bills that he spent for himself...
