They raise charge back on aug 5 2019
Till now they didn't get any response from beneficiary bank. There is a concept of deemed accept if not respond 35 days. Now 35 days are completed bank not respond correctly.     Dear sir
    I am sujeet kumar suman visa credit card holder of indusind bank i was using my card for the last three years but unfortunately my business got huge loss and i bacame unable to pay the amount i requested for emi but i was said no option of emi on my card then finally i went for settlement option the amount was 44000 as per settlement to be paid i was said to pay in four months i was paying the amount 34000 i already paid and then now
    They said my settlement is cancelled and will have to pay the whole amount. I am so pressurised by third party abusive calls and threaten now i am forced to either do crime or i should commit suicide with suicide letter with same... Kindly help...

      I ns 200 loan no. Tkz01968h loan taken from indusind bank kangeyam, tamilnadu. I preclosed my loan 22.08.2019. But still they not closed my loan ac, also not issued me noc.         Sir, the loan installment of our car has been completed and the NOC was also found, but due to the delay, it's validity has expired, sir, if We need a new one, no action certificate (NOC) please co-operate in giving it to us.

          I'm akhil and i bought a vehicle with ANW01257H and completed all my dues.. It's been 2 months since i applied for NOC but an employee of your bank lied saying that "he'll apply and I can take that in one month" but he didn't even apply and wasted my time.I need my NOC very badly.However, I had gone to bank again and applied 2nd time ..He also said the same and asked me to collect after a week.I've gone to bank today and eagerly asked for NOC but your employee said that he had applied for another certificate and regarding that NOC he had to apply again today and asked me for 1 week time again.What's wrong with u guys ?             Due to severe financial crisis i am not able to pay the amount. Please allow me to settle the amount by waiving interest and other penal charges also adjust my minimum payment towards the dues. I am in huge debt and facing harrasment from many financial organizations and had came into depression. This is due to some fraud done by a person named ajay jain r/o -3/18 model town phase 3 delhi who has evaded from his house after doing serious frauds with me and other people. I have left with no house, even my wife and daughter had left me and filed for a divorce. Please understand my situation and allow me to settle the account.

                  I had applied for a home loan in IndusInd bank finance department. Everything finished loke site, home, office verifications and also sanctioned my loan amount rs. 965000. I and co-applicant's are signed in agreement then given to me mod format. So I paid the mod fee in the sub registration office. But in the last minute, they stopped the transaction and at all. I spent more than 30000 for this loan purposes. The field executive person Mr Tamizh behave with me irrespective. That credit manager Mr Varadhan betrayal me. The credit manager before that given me the loan sanction order then confirmed the MOD form and sent to me through the mail for MOD. Before confirmation how can give MOD format? Before loan sanction, the credit manager, engineer, verification officer visited the location. After that only they confirmed my loan sanction. But suddenly they saying your construction location in so far, interior, your getting low salary, your working in the foundation so we cant give loan so they said we are going to cancel your home loan. I asked you all strongly a question, then why you sanctioned my loan and asked to do MOD? I 'm working in corporate plus NGO, I'm getting 25000 salaries + Incentive. We have 4 acres of agriculture land, my wife going to work, my mother's and father working. Especially i know how important the CIBIL score me. I don't have any default loans. Then why cancelled my loan? So please take action.

                    मै दिनाँक 20 अगस्त 2019 को समय शाम 17 बजकर 09 मिनिट पर अपने घर 592 घ / 84 राजीव नगर, घोसियाना, तेलीबाग, लखनऊ पर अकेले ही था जब मेरे पास मोबाइल नंबर [protected] से कॉल करके धोखाधड़ी से मेरे इंडसइंड बैंक के क्रेडिट कार्ड नंबर [protected] कुल 74500/- रुपये (चौहत्तर हज़ार पाँच सौ रुपये) निकाल कर paytm और movikwik नाम की कंपनी में खरीद के नाम से हस्तांतरण (Transfer) कर दिए गए। प्रार्थी का थाना क्षेत्र पी0 जी0 आई0 लखनऊ (उ0प्र0) है। प्रार्थी का मोबाइल नंबर [protected] और यही मोबाइल क्रेडिट कार्ड के बैंक में रजिस्टर्ड है और इसी पर कॉल आया था। प्रार्थी निवेदन करता है कि धनराशि बापस करवाने एवं दोषी को सजा दिलाने में मदद करे। आपकी अति कृपा होगी।

                      I recently opened an account in indusind bank, gunjrawala town, delhi. I purchased their visa signature debit card due to pursuasion by their employees making tall claims of bookmyshow offer claiming 1+1 and 2+2 offer on tickets upto rs 350 each time i availed the card offer on bookmyshow.
                      I even paid a hefty fee for the same.
                      But now an error message of quota being exhausted comes every time i try to book a ticket (Screenshot attached). I contacted bookmyshow customer care and they told me about how the quota works and i should try at 12 am which also was of no avail due to the limit on ticket quota.
                      The main issue is that it's alright that you have a quota as per policy of bookmyshow but atleast inform the customer beforehand that such policy exists and he won't be able to book tickets easily and face trauma. They are total fraudsters and for selling their products they hide such terms. I feel cheated and i request everyone never ever take their premium cards.

                        Am confused whether i should believe this bank further or not. When i took this loan the executive called to share the information about loan was clearly said "after paying 1 emi am eligible to foreclose this loan anytime (I forgot to record the call). After my 3rd emi when i called the same customer care by saying that i want to repay the loan amount they said, after paying 6 months of emi's or 6 emi's only am eligible to foreclose the loan (Executive was unable to provide the written document because of some technicall issue). I was completely unhappy from this and was not agreed to pay, then convinced my self as 3 emi's were left to foreclose (Call was recorded). Recently called to customer care and spoke to one of executive he informed me that i paid 6 successful emi' so i can go for foreclose this loan any time by paying the foreclosure charge 4%+ gst, but he was not able confirm these details as there was technical issue with application or something else (Call was recorded). If the lock in period is of 12 months why you guys initially (When called and offered the loan) shared the wrong information. All these happen in just 6 months and i do not have any trust on your bank or your representatives. I have enough proofs with me to go legally and complaint on your bank. I also do not want to continue the relationship with your bank. If am unable foreclose this loan at this time, because of your fake promises or fake information am not going to pay a single rupee.
                        Am repeating this mail and wanted to say you guys clearly that somebody had called me after this mail and he informed (Call is recorded) that on very next day i can visit the bank and repay my complete due amount. How can you guys now say that i need to wait for more 6 months to close this loan. There is no constant statement or you guys can not give true commitment to a customer. Shame on your service"indusind". I have given enough time to you guys i can't bare this more. Am not going to pay you guys a single rupee further and do not try to add any late fee, chargers or interest on it. Tomorrow am going to file a complaint on your bank in consumer forum for harassing me by giving wrong commitments while offering the loan and service.

                            This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months and i am jobless, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                            I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 5 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                              I'm rakesh barot. I purchased swift desire tours and finance from indusind bank. Purchase name is mr maulikkumar kiritkumar barot.
                              I lost my original noc so i requested for duplicate noc. I submitted all documents related for noc. Nd also submitted paper to the branch. But still i didn't received my noc.. I paid payment on 18/62/019. Branch member saying that still in process... When your process completes and when i get my noc. I need this on urgent basis.

                                I am writing this with regards to my credit card bill payment. My credit card number is [protected]. I recently received a bill of amount rs. 1, 23, 453.

                                This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months and i am jobless, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                                I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next 5 business days. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                                I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

                                    An indusind bank sales representative reached out to me offering lifetime free credit card without any charges or processing fee. He cited untrue features and benefits of the card and an attractive credit limit based on my salary. When the card came, i found out that the features and benefits that were promised were not provided to me in the credit card and they levied a joining fee of rs. 1060 in the first credit statement despite claiming to give it for free in the first place. I am trying to reach out to the customer care team to raise a grievance issue, but the line gets disconnected time after time. This seems an elaborate hoax to lure customers into paying for their credit card schemes. I wish to cancel their services and want the fradulent charges to be waived off. Request your addressal in this regard.

                                      My self k. Abhilash i have been using indusind debit as well as credit card, unfortunately i was been not using debit card from past 8 months, but i was a regular customer till 3 years, but sales guy even did not said that if i dnt use for 3 months it will convert to savings account, hence iam using even credit card too, but 8 months i was out of station n iam not using my debit card now suddenly when i was joined in new company i have given indusind account only n i have refused kotak bank which my current company use to give to all employees because i have good bonding with indusind where i have given my current indusind salary account in new organistaion but when the salary got credited all the 5000 has been deducted under non maintainance charges i was shocked when i came to know this through customer support because without intimating me and even your sales guy venkatesh who gave me card has didn't even informed me that for non maintenance there will be charges will applicable now as being a long relationship with indusind bank u people broken the trust which i have in indusind bank, now i want my non - maintenance charges to be refunded to my account an immediate if not i will approach ombudsman / file a case against ur bank for mis guiding / mis communication to the customers.
