As per our telphonic conversation, we understand that you have initiated the payment on August 13, 2019.
We wish to inform you that it takes 1 working day (except Sunday and Bank holiday) to receive payment in credit card through NEFT/IMPS and 3 working days (except Sunday and Bank holiday) through Bill desk option.
Also, you will receive SMS alert once we receive the payment in credit card account.

Further, due to non-receipt of the payment since 6 months, your credit card is telporarily de-activated. Post the payment credit in your card account, you may place the request of card activation, however, the same is subject to approval.
