Hi,
A bank rep was literally after my life to appy for this credit card. After almost 20 calls, i agreed to submit my documents. I got the credit card, and i was asked to pay a joining fee of 899 plus gst.
After having paid the fees, i didn’t have any usage. I kept the credit card with me for future uses, but to my surprise, i received an email that the credit card was blocked.
Not withstanding the email, i continued to hold the card without using it.
Fortunately, i happened to check the app, which showed that the joining fee was reversed.
Now, i called the customer care team to clarify what was going on. I was flabbergasted to know that bank had cancelled my credit card without any reason.
The cs rep told me that it was an internal reason, and i disagree to these kind of clauses because i never signed an agreement where the bank could wilfully cancel a credit without an explanation.
I am going to post this on social media and defame indusind bank’s business strategies.
IndusInd Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Kindly help me..urgently.
