My loan agreement no. Wbb00077g dated 30.09.11. Some financial problem are there in giving installment. Paid installment with late fine but the company without giving me any notice grab my tata ace and sell it without giving me any pre-sale notice. Now a notice has came that bank bears a loss of rs 33, 245 and want me to pay that sum of money. But without any notice how can they sell my property

    EMI Charged Twice in a Single month without any clue

    DEAR MANAGER, I not happy with your service at all. My Self Sarath Racherlafrom Hyderabad purchased 2 wheeler bike under two wheeler loan account number (AHE18280H) on 22-June and every month my ECS is scheduled for 21st of the present month. For the month of Sep-15, i was charged the EMI on 10 Sep 2015 without any intimation.Next the same loan account got deducted on 21 Sep 2015. Was trying to reach concered showroom executive...

    I am anil shewale from islampur dist sangli
    i have problem with islampur branch officers
    i take a bike for that i take a lone from indusland bank. i pay monthly installement regurally. But before last 3 month Islampur branch officer came to my home and he told me in bank clerical problem last 3 chakes are scrap or not available please you pay in cash in office. from his information i pay in office . When i went to pay last instalment to told me your cheak is bouns. you pay with charges.
    My question is Why I pay charges? What is my mistake? i pay regurally.
    Then i pay all installments but Islampur branch dont give bike document and call me to pay charges.
    indusland bank management show my mistake otherwise give me my document.

      Dear sir/mam, i have complained earlier regarding my bike registration certificate and NOC. My loan account number is RAR00038H. They dont give me my bike RC and NOC after payment given to them. If you dont take my complaint seriously then i have to complain in consumer court.

          I am having car loan (Loan A/c No MWT00602C) from Indusind Bank, at the start i was told that Rs. 500/- Per Month will be added to my EMI for the insurance for next year, If i want to take insurance from IndusInd bank i just need to pay the difference amount and if not Rs.500*12=6000 will be refunded to me for taking the policy from some other company. This money was due in the month of March 2015 but after so many followups and reminders to the bank, neither i have received the money nor they are replying to me. Secondly, my first ECS was not hit due to some operational issues from IndusInd Bank and then i received the call from the executive that they will utilize my cheque for that particular EMI and later the ECS will regularize for rest of the month but IndusInd bank wrongly sent the information to Cibil Authority that ECS was 30days overdue from my side, this was impacted on my CIBIL Score badly. I wrote many mails to their Grievance Redressal (Regional Nodal Officer:Mr Rakesh ranjan) team also, but till date their is no response ...

          Dear Team,

          Still the issue is not resolved from INDUSIND Bank, I do not understand why I required following up with IndusInd bank for such things from so long as this is IndusInd Bank's Moral responsibility to refund it on time.

          I am paying all my EMI's on-time, I had carried my honesty so far and expecting the some ethical behaviour from IndusInd bank, which somehow I am not getting.

          Request you to kindly help me in this matter and also let me know what more actions in terms of legal i can take in this regards,

            As per the above subject my vehicle number KA 04 MK 3727 run 72 k kms has come out with a problem from yesterday, the steering is getting hard and EPS light is on in the dash borard . When I enquired with Trident Hyundai dealer in Seshadripuram, they have adviced me to change the steering column as the sensors are not working .They also said that it is a rare problem which has come out . It costs 27k for the entire column !! But if we can replace the sensor it will be fine, why should I replace entire column? Please suggest me, can u not get the replacement from your vendor for sensors. It will be foolish to change the entire column for a sensor inside.                 Hello, I received a fake call from the number [protected] asking the debit card details. He spoke as a customer care executive and called for card verification. When googling that number i found someone had already complained about that number. I denied to tell the details. Then i called to my bank and told about that person. The bank authority said that we can't take any step on that person even i gave the number.Then for what purpose they have grievance centre and telling good customer support. Hope the Indusind bank authorities will take action on that person.

Recently i came to know my father have receiving messeges from Indusind Bank about account .. I Reached Indusind Bank( Address : M. G. ROAD, NEAR BENZ CIRCLE, VIJAYAWADA, ANDHRA PRADESH ). I asked them about that fake account details . they just given account number with my phone number and my father photo id... The account was created with my father voter id and photo id and mobile number but signature is different with my father signature and Wrong address. Due to this I came to know finally the account is Fake ... .I[censored] take any action and file complaint on that fake account we will feel happy. Bank Manager is not taking action and police to...please help us sir and enquire about it... the acount has a transaction of 30Lakhs...please help with us Account(Fake) Details are : SYED ABDUL SALEEM ABDUL KAREEM Account No :[protected].                   How can someone have your father's ID proof? you must have been casual - given your ID to person(s) who have copied it and misused it. Why are you not careful in these regards?
                  because my father and my uncle has a combined business partners. my uncle uses my fathers Id proof to pay bills and also he used to get bestprice card. By this way he misused photo id. my father dont have such much knowledge ..even he didnt recognised about fake account until i told him

                    This is the worse service i have ever come across in my life ... The people sitting in the motor finance section are liers, they dont tell you what all charges you need to incure while taking NOC for your vehicle ... All hiden charges they wont tell you while taking a finance .. and they speak rood, they all are Goonda, Rowdies ... If god gives me a chance, i just want to spit on their faces and the policies and procedures they follow ... Here you go the problem details, I have taken a motorbike finance from Induslnd bank and gave them a ECS form to deduct EMI amount from the Bank every month, they didnt submit that, i never see any ECS return or cancellation charges in my Bank statement . instead of they submitting it to the bank, they started coming to my home and collecting the money ... even i paid the same thinking that they are only coming to home and collecting it, which is making me comfortable ... In the end they charged me around Rs.1800/- saying that it is latepayment charges ... they never informed about the late payment charges... if that was informed i would have go to the bank again and check with them, why EMI was not getting deducted ... finally they are asking me to pay the late payment charges to get the NOC ... It is a worse bank.. DONT TRUST THEM ... INITIALLY THEY WILL BE SMILING WHILE TAKING FINANCE.. BUT THE END OF THE DAY THEY WILL MAKE YOU CRY.

                        Hi Sir, This complaint is to intimate my concern that, IndusInd Bank issues credit cards, which consist of an offer which we can buy two ticket at the price of one. When I tried to avail this offer by booking movie tickets through Bookmyshow.com website using this indust ind bank credit card, it always says the error as below: "Sorry, the number of tickets available for the offer on a daily basis has been exhausted. (-4011) " This keep happens every time whenever i try to book tickets, I have tried more than 300 times. Even, I tried to book ticket, at mid night 12 am, as per the advice from Bookmyshow.com customer care and IndusInd bank customer care, which has no use. Bookmyshow.com customer care says the offer is applicable to only for first 100 IndusInd bank credit card customers per day, through out India, irrespective of movie theatre and movie, which is cheating, as this will bring down the chance about 1 by million of getting this movie ticket offer. This cheating happens through out India. I have attached the snapshot of error, which keeps happening whenever i try to avail the credit card offer through bookmyshow.com Please take action against this.

                        These officers are on a FIRST CUM FIRST SERVE BASIS - there is nothing "Cheating" about it.
                        Why dont you read the terms and conditions BEFORE you waste your money on such cards ???

                          Fraud in my saving account

                          My employer opened a my salary(saving) account few years back at Gurgaon but after few months i have left my job and shifted to my home town. When i approached to close my account they demanded a huge amount to deposit and refuse to close my account which is still in operative. which is very much black mining the customers, They have not intimated these conditions at the time of opening the account....

                          Dear sir. My name is saurabh sen and i have financed my bike from indusind bank in august 2010. At that time they said that your rc will give it you after completion of your installment period which is 3 years. After 4 years, an agent named ashish kumar came to me and asked for 6200/- for noc and rc. And he said that he will give me rc and noc after one month but whenever i call him, he said that he dont have rc and noc and gibee another date.. But still your bank dont gave me my bike rc and noc.
                          So its my request to you please provide me my RC and NOC as soon as possible.
