Sir, I run a small water purifier service center. I had a annual services contract of water purifiers of y. N road & annapurna road indore (M. P) branches. I provided bill no - [protected] & [protected] of rs/- 4650 both on 29/4/17 along with all required documents like adhar card, pan card and a crossed cheque.
