My name is Gurdeep Singh and I am using an Indusind Platinum Credit Card. The card number is [protected]. I made a transaction of rs 49999/- in July month at the RELIANCE DIGITAL store, Mohali. I saw one indusind cash back poster in Reliance Digital store, Mohali, where the bank pasted that if a customer makes a transaction of more than 20000 rupees and converted in emi's then 1500 cashback will be credited in customer's credit card account but I have not received any cashback yet. I called customer care and sent so much mails but no one solve my issue and no one reply properly. I sent the mail to nodal officer but he didn't reply. Kindly help me regarding this issue and release my cashback amount. I have attached the poster photo, mobile bill photo and credit card statement.
