My savings account is under debit freeze from nearly 6 months, i visited home branch many times and they just say that have received an attachment order on my account. But they never tell me what was the reason in the attachment order. Kindly let me know what i have to do to unfreeze my account

    I have applied for a Indusind Credit card, all is well in terms of financial and CIBIL score both are very good. own house, own car. i can say a good financial status i have.
    but IndusInd CC has been rejected without reason, while i am asking share the reason, it said some internal reason. i insist please suggest so i will overcome with this and full all the requirement.

    seriously i belive Indusind bank is one of the most pathetic bank in term of services, how they hide the reason for rejection.

            My vehicle loan was finance by Indusind bank Vyttila branch and loan is already closed on 2021 July. Till date I haven't received the against NOC against it. I'm not able to sell my vehicle due to this.

            I tried calling and mailing them but in vain. When I checked with the local branch they said that the RC owner has to directly come inorder to issue the NOC. I'm not currently in India and I won't come anytime soon. They are not issuing the same to my mail ID or registered address. Really irritated with the poor service of Indusind Bank.

              Bookmyshow offers not working in my Indusind legend signature credit card

              During the credit card purchases they said bookmyshow buy one get one offer is applicable for my credit card but that offer is greyed out in bookmyshow when I tried to apply.

              I am looking to cancel my credit card and buy some other better benefit card.

              Please try to sort out this issue at the earliest.

                  I stay in Dubai. I opened an offshore account with HDFC bank to get loan against SBLC issued by my bank (Indusind). Based on the team's confirmation, I agreed with my builders in Dubai the date of Oct 4th for my property purchase.

                  HDFC failed to give me the funds against what they confirmed to me. My credit process are complete covering the credit verification and legal binding. At the last stage of sanction, the case is held up since September end and the team is not providing me any clarity as to what is happening to my funds.

                  My commitment with my builder is breached and I am clueless of what is happening to my funds. Team is not responding and the rare events of their response, the only keyword I see is "under process". I have lost my initial booking amount of AED 100K along with the booking unit. Hope you understand the situation I am in right now. Currently, I am negotiating with the builders to provide another option but I am not able to commit a date of funds arrival to them since my FD is locked in SBLC and my loan against the SBLC is not getting disbursed. I am completely stuck due to the indefinite delay caused by the bank and the uncertainties around them.

                        IndusInd Bank has debited charges on which Bank charged GST 18% but Bank is not providing proper TAX Invoices due to which our Company - Coral Shipping Shipping Services LLP not able to take GST ITC.

                        We have taken matter with their Senior Authority but still matter is not re-solved.

                            I have purchased an insurance policy from this bank as I hold an account one of the employee Amita vernekar help me to get the insurance policy I have clearly mentioned abt the deases for the helth insurance. But she dint mentioned the actual deases and created a policy during the verification she told there won't be a problem just mention what is ther in the form only inform that which I did so later during the claim rejection I got to know. The actual deases ws not disclosed. Because of tht I lost around 3 lack rs and my premium amount I request you team plz remove such employee from the organization and give me justice

                                  Went to your Bangur Avenue Branch yesterday to open one SB and Fixed account. The service manager promised to visit my residence in the evening to complete the formalities. I waited for him but did not turn up. Instead some lady called up and promised to visit me today morning. I waited for her and again she did not turn up. Again she called and promised to visit in the evening. I refused as I have some other obligations. My experience even before becoming one of your customers is not at all pleasant.
