[Resolved]  Indusind Bank — credit card application rejected without any basis

I have been getting calls from your sales representatives for quite a while to apply for a credit card. I was told that my card is pre-approved and it will be delivered to me within 5-7 business days after documents are submitted. I already have three credit cards from sbi, hdfc, and bob. As such, i always refused to apply for the same. However, after repeated requests and persuasions, i agreed to apply for your credit card and as such, i submitted my documents - adhaar card, pan card, hdfc bank credit card statement. After submitting the application, i got three to four verification calls and thereafter got a message that you have received my application and it is under process. However, i was surprised to receive another message after 7-8 days that my credit card application has been rejected.in this regard, i would like to submit that i have been using credit cards from the top two banks of india hdfc and sbi and both cards have a limit greater than 75000. My cibil score is above 800. I have never defaulted in any payment whether it is credit card payment or my car loan or house loan payment.
Therefore, i am unable to understand what criteria you guys are following that the top two banks of india can issue me a card while you guys cannot do so.
I was explicitly told that i would be getting a card within 5-7 days from the submission of documents and its limit would be more than 1 lakh. I would not have had any problem if you guys have told me at the time of calling me that i do not meet eligibility criteria (Which i don't know what is according to you). However, i was assured again and again that i would be getting the card.in fact, i was getting calls three to four times a day for the same. Don't you think this is a fraud played upon me just to complete the target by your sales representatives?

Induslnd bank is a complete fraud. Same happened with me. They showed me eligible, gave me a limit of 30k and then after KYC simply rejected. I have six credit cards from HDFC, Citi, BOB, Icici and IDFC lol with a total limit more than 4.5 lacs. You're right it's a target completion by their team. The bank is simmering they don't have that capacity to roll out credit. I will close soon
