Indusind bank customercare made fool to me. On 8th oct, 2019 my existing debit card shown payment decline at petrolpump. When i called at customer care they told me to upgrade my card. I received a call from the number [protected] asking the debit card details. She spoke as a customer care executive and called for card verification. I've tole her Debit Card Number and CVV also. Immediately she asked me OTP. Then I understand it is a Fake Call. Kindly, Note down that number and take immediate action. So that, innocent people will be protected. M indusand credit card holder. M very disappointed with your customer care service, many time i called customer care for my inquiry and problems, but they have not attend the call and also charge 1 rs for a minute. Recently i call c. Care 3 times. First call will be 07minutes, 2nd call will be 7 minutes and 3rd call will be 4 minutes. [protected]. This is my number.
