Indusind bank — regarding noc of three wheeler loan

Hello, i finance a bajaj auto three wheeler loan from indsind bank. I have clear all my dues for the same but till date bank not provide my no objection certificate to clear the further documentation. I am in regular follow with bank representative nirmal telangana three wheelar. But he is providing me time next and next. Kindly help me in this regard. Thank you

    The indusind bank is continuously calling me from different different number everyday for account opening or for cr card/dr card matter. I have already registered my number for full dnd but these people are giving mental harrasment to me. I have also informed to my mobile operator company to send notice to this stupid bank and file a case against it

      I'm Upama Ganguly my customer code is CU4414229 and document no is WBG00074C against my four wheeler loan Vehicle no. WB 19G 3229 from your bank branch Ghatakpukur_WBG. My last emi cleared on 21/5/2015 and as per the statement the loan closed on 15/7/2015. But unfortunately I have not received the NOC till date as now the branch doesn't exist. Kindly issue it ASAP.

        mental harassment for credit card settlement

        Am raising this complain again as i have not received any support for credit card settlement!, what am getting is just the mental harassment from collection department for again enforcing me to make the payment of minimum due which goes into interest and i genuinely have had loss in business and it’s shut so have no source of income for making payment.

        I’ll be borrowing money for the settlement as well! Am requesting them...

        Dear sir basically i'm delivery boy in mantance of salary and fuel expense i given indusind bank account details to my hr on the date 16/12/19 my company do neft 7000rs to my indusind bank unfortunately ammount will not credited to my account few days later i got message from indusind bank message dear sorry your credit transaction has been suspended.. I try to call indusind bank customer care[protected] and i do mail also [protected]@indusind.com but they adding my number blacklist and no response my mail... I contact via social media still there i no response... I try to contact my company hr to sir please 7000rs ammount to other bank account our hr and finance department also negativing... See how bank and our company treating low level employees... If i ready contact branch it is more then 350km is there i would request from u plz close my account i don't want continue indusind bank

          I’ve applied a used car loan of rs180000. They told me that my monthly instalment will be 6600 for 3 years now they said it will be around 10000 pm. To my surprise it’s not possible at all as currently two loan is running for 3 years which is around months of around 9200. I’ve clearly stated them from the beginning that if it cross above to the this i won’t be able to pay but they mislead me from the beginning.. I’m helpless now. Please

          I have taken honda sine bike through this bank six years back.. and finished my EMIs...and got paper noc also... now went Dindigul Tamilnadu branch regarding to get online NOC ..they were asking fees for that.. i want to ensure that amount is necessary ...they asked me to give 250rs...pls verify and clarrify

            Hi, i have a indusind bank platinum select credit card. Total outstanding is 34000 which is overlimit. My credit limit was 30000. I am using this card from last 1 years.

            Currently, i am jobless and not able to make payment of my total outstanding. Currently it is very hard to me to live a normal life in this financial crisis. However, every month before due day i am trying to arrange and make payment of minimum due amount of rs. 1560/- from last 3-4 months. After making the payment of 1560 for 4 months still my total outstanding is 34000 because every month interest charge + overlimit + gst. It is creating lots of mental pressure on me.

            I contacted indusind bank credit card settlement team for the same and ask them to convert my outstanding to emi. They told me that no emi option is available on my card and then after disclosing my current situation, i asked for settlement the total outstanding.

            I contacted the collection team and got disappointed. They told no emi or settlement option is available on my card. They threaten me, that if i am not able to make the payment then they know how to recover the amount and some abusive word. I faced this issue and this create mental pressure on me. Moreover, every day i got so many calls from indusind bank collection team and they are harassing as well.

            I asked indusind bank for several time for settlement or covert outstanding to emi. But no hopes. I am ready to pay the total outstanding in emi option because as a jobless person, i am not able to pay total outstanding in a single shot.

              I am ashu kajaria, i am an account holder of your bank a/c no.[protected] at indusind bank branch : m - block market g. K part 2, new delhi 110048, registered mobile no. [protected]. Few days ago i was registered a complaint about a suspicious transaction through other portal that's why i have done debit freeze. But now i want to re - activate my account, i can't debit my money and i want to withdrawal my saving money. But the bank is not giving me a suitable answer, i have already giving a written application request and also visite so many times. But still i'm not getting any response please do needful. As soon as possible otherwise i will be go for the higher authority and take a legal action on it.

                I have been receiving calls from a guy named Ajinkya from indusind bank who wants me to take a credit card. When i say i don't need one and if bank will pay for it as i am not in a position to opt for a credit card he abuses. And keeps calling multiple times and sends me messages from the same number. This is getting very irritating and frustrating. I am at work this needs to stop and the guy to be punished

                  We have completed with prepayment of vehicle loan on nov 7th but again my amount of 85000 has debited again by auto debit emi, when i ask for return for my money bank manager and complaints service desk members are telling you will get money but don't know how much time it takes to get money back, it's almost 45 days now worst service by indusind bank, please do justice for me

                    I want to report a attempt of fraud which happened today morning on my credit card, someone has changed my registered email id and after that he tried to registered another email id on mobile app.

                    Once i received otp for transaction, i requested to block my card on ivr and same has been confirmed with phone representative, after sometime i got otp for another transaction attempt for online shopping at amazon.

                    I am dam sure this can not be done without involvement of bank staff, kindly investigate and completely close my card with immediate effect and revert back to me.

                      I barely crossed the due date for paying the minimum amount due for my credit card, and these indusind bank guys started calling me every 4 minutes. They start calling at 9:30 am, and keep calling continuously every 4-5 minutes till 6:30 pm, even though i have spoken to them and told them that i will make the payment shortly. No other bank has ever done such a thing. Other banks hardly call once in 3-4 days.
                      This is sheer harassment by indusind bank and in would like to press a case against them. Kindly advise.

                        I have been using indusind’s credit card from past 4 years and have utilised my complete limit many times and have paid it back even however i suffered through a big loss in my business and have been paying minimum due from past almost 1.5 year now. My total limit is 93k and i[censored] count my minimum amount (4500 x 18) i already have paid 81k. However my outstanding is still 93k.

                            I have been called from multiple representatives of induslnd bank to register for credit card and personal loans after repeated refusal from my side. Sometimes i have been called by them in middle of important meetings and discussions with my client which crossed my patience boundary.
                            - please adhere to your compliance, and not call even after refusing for multiple times initially.

                              Dear concern

                              I have purchased activa 5g dlx on 30th sept 2019 from "khusi honda" near muhana mandi, muhana mod 302029 vide invoice number rj01sh0219v01047

                              I have finalized amount 69300/ inclusive all (Rto+insurance+accessories). I have asked them to process bank loan for 50, 000 for 24 installments and remaining i will transfer rs. 19300/- through my saving account. After this i have received below documents.

                              Invoice amount: 56380 (Inc gst)
                              Insurance bill: 5063 (Inc gst)
                              Rto charges : 6410 (Message attached)
                              Remaining 1447 (Bill not provided)
                              Total 69300

                              I have transferred amount 1000 and 18300 total 19300 and asked for loan processing for rs. 50000/- remaining amount. When they shared emi amount 2905 pm i have not satisfied with loan amount. I have asked them to provide loan sanction letter which was sanctioned for rs. 55000/-.

                              At the same time i have taken quotation from another agent of indusind bank he said that emi will come on 50000 loan amount rs. 2405/- pm for two years @10.50%.

                              It seems they have showed less down payment. How they can exceed loan amount which burden comes to me into 23 installments. I am very surprised how agency can do this type of forgery.

                              I am requesting you to please interfere in this matter and resolve this on priority otherwise i will go for legal action after 07 days of this communication.

                                I lost my indusind forex card back in june. When i was in india between august to october, i followed your advice and visited the brach to get a new forex card. Turns out the people from indusind reversed my remaining balance of forex card to my account but didn't issue me a forex card.
                                First, they asked about my visa and air ticket and stuff and said they would only issue if i had all the things stated. When i finally had all those things, they just told me to visit another brach because they didn't have the forex card. I went to at least 6 different branches in lucknow in my last week of india before i came here to germany for my studies. They were not able to issue me the forex card.
                                My mother is coming to visit me during my christmas holidays. I need you to mail me a new forex card at the earliest to my home address
                                Indusind i fed up your services and dirty shenanigans, so please help me out. I am a student over here so i need to help me

                                  Hope you are doing well. This email is in regards to the issue that we have with indus ind bank.

                                  To start with my wife had her salary account with indus ind bank. We got a 2 wheeler from ananda honda bommanahalli where the loan was processed from idfc first bank (Ecs – to be processed from indus ind).

                                  In this she had so many issues where the reasons are not properly provided for the nach rejections that happened and was accepted at the indus ind branch.

                                  We have also provided the request letter for asking the reason why the bank has rejected the nach requested that was submitted by the idfc bank for the vehicle loan where it was rejected till august month.

                                  The rejection of the nach form by indus ind has impacted us a lot in terms of additional late fee and conveyance fee collected by idfc bank.

                                  The unexpected deductions of the late fee has made our cheque to get bounced as well. There is no proper reply from the bank end where we have met the deputy manager … the branch head etc … they only keep talking their sop and some english that doesn’t solve my issue for last 10 days.

                                  We wanted a letter stating that issues with them where they deny giving the same. It will be helpful if you help us in getting the letter that says the following as we need to provide it to idfc and one more bank for the loan purposes.

                                  Ps: they keep denying the letter that we requested as it will evidently show the error from their end & they feel it might impact their bank name. For your reference we have attached the letter that was given 10 days back still no action.

                                    I have purchased in tvs phoenix 125cc in induslnd bank loan but clear the due in 11/02/2015 but bank issue the noc certificate. Some information wrong issue (Address and vehicle wrong number input) handover the bank in 24/05/2015. Many time i am going the bank till date no issue clear noc certificate more than wait 3 years please resolve the issue
