[Resolved] Indusind Bank — Credit card has been blocked yet I didn't receive the card... | |||
Got a message from bank that indusind credit card has been approved yesterday and your card will be dispatched within 5 working days... Today (03/05/2017) received a message and any email from bank that your credit card has been blocked... My application reference number is 2395598... I called customer care and they are not aware about this... Could you please look into this matter and tell me the current status and why i received that message from the bank... May 6, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved My problem has been solved...I got my credit card to my address..Bank lady told me this Aura IndusInd credit card is lifetime free card...it has many features like movie tickets, no surcharge on fuel, rewards n all...need to check with this...thank you InduInd team...
