I have opted for 2 wheeler loan from this bank, they have informed me that they will take money on 7th of every month but they have processed at the earliest before 1st of the month that is they have processed at the end of previous month & when I called customer cart to enquire about this there is no proper response very rude to the customers....

I did a transaction of Rs36000 to the merchant named Jukaso on 2nd Oct 2016. I asked for services but I did not receive any kind of service from the merchant. so I requested for chargeback and filled the dispute form of indusind bank in the month of November. I submitted all the documents which were asked by the bank as a proof. Bank told me this is a 90 days procedure. Now it has been more than 100 days and still this issue is under process....

I got the info from naukri.com for vacancy in INDUSIND BANK as an RELATIONSHIP OFFICER/AQUISITION MANAGER.

So, I called on given number, I got the info to come in office which belongs to consultancy firm (CAC) in Dwarka More, New Delhi. They said the registration amount will be Rs.750/- and then have to pay Rs. 20000/- during the day to fill the joining kit.

Please kindly guide me that is...

I have taken personal one year back for some personal reason. And now I want to close the personal loan .The total remaining amount is approx 850000 rs and bank is asking for 4 % foreclosure charges I.e. approx 34000 rs. I am unable to pay this much additional foreclosure charges as penalty. I am a single parent who have responsibility of whole family and unable to pay this much amount as penalty. Please waive off the foreclosure charges...

Today I received a call from credit card telecallar named nikunj phone no.[protected] and asked for my credit card outstanding payment and misbehave me on phone, he harass me and talk with vulger language.when I asked him about my outstanding and unbilled amount and details he intentionally refused to serve me on phone.kindly see the matter and resolve the issue.

I was supposed to get the refund of Rs. 419 into my account within 7-10 working days. And I yet haven't received my refund. I have an outstanding personal loan of 1, 015, 157.00 and would like to go for foreclosure.
I requested for a total settlement amount and the bank is charging 46, 697/- as preclosure charges which is really unfair.

I am a single parent and this amount is really high. so pls do consider and waive off the charges.

In 2013/14, I got call from IndusInd bank for opening a ZERO balance acct, so i tried with bank. After few months later Bank started charing me for maintanance. I check with bank they are helpless no information on this with them, asking me to go to Home branch. Worst thing is Home branch in Rajahmundry, AP. And i am from bangalore. I never been to that area any time.
And bank staff is telling i signed...

I would like to bring to your kind notice that i am premium credit card holder of indusind bank (Credit card no. 4412 — — — 05). I have complained vide complaint no. 01188 on 7/3/17 and 73809 on 15/03/17.

It has been told by indusind marketing person that rs. 500/- would be annual charges which will be reflected in 1st credit bill whereas on the 1st credit card bill, rs. 5000/- showing as annual...

Hi,

I wasn't informed about the due date for my bike loan. As a result, my si/ecs got cancelled. (I. E. Emi/ pdc /si/ecs cancelled (Tnzo1176h).

Due to a communication gap, it got cancelled and i was asked to pay the penalty for the same.

I've already paid the penalty amount. Why should i need to make the payment for the communication error in your end?

Please reverse me the penalty...

Indusind Bank issued credit card on 10th dec 2016, Before 30th dec 2016, I used it for 3 purchases of amount Rs22, 610/-. Fist bill on 5/1/17. Payment due date is 25/1/17. Statement period is 6/12/16 to 5/1/17. Minimum amt Due is Rs4571.77. Purchase & other charges is Rs.26675.52. Payment & other charges Rs12485. Total amount due is Rs14190.52 & total outstanding is Rs22191.32.

I submitted my Adhar card number to the home branch and they updated it in server from their end. Still i couldn't access my account and do not perform any transactions. They tolled that it needs approval from Main branch.
