Hi,
I am one of the top cms of indusind bank, ahmdnagar (0874) banch.
I wanted to invest some money for tax exemption purpose so i approached one of their staff at the branch who is a csm.
(I should not name him out)
He told me that he would meet me in person.
Later on he met me as per the appointment given to him and explained me lic plan which for a while i thought that indusind bank may be having tie up with the lic
But later on i learnt that he was holding an agency with lic on his family member's name hence explained me about lic plans.

This is totally unethical and disgusting... On the employee's part...
Such a big branch should not hire such type of fraudulent people

    Dear all,

    I would like to draw your kind attention that below issue raised by me and cibil also to correct my cibil statement as i deposited the amount of credit card even i did not use crdit card only pay the amount for service charges.

    But after deposited whole payment and a fare clousre of credit card without any settlement demand stil showing in my cibil the written off sttus that is affecting my cibil score and credit status.

    And after so many follow ups there were no reply from the concern department.

    Please look into the matter and correct the status immediately.

      I want to cancel my Indus ind Aura card.
      Now I am not activated this card, because of I don't want this card. I tall to representative for one HDFC card and they give me 4 card with this Indus ind bank card, this is fraud. I suggest about police case on representative, they tall me first close your card.
      I want to cancel my Aura Card immediately.
      Please suggest the procedure of close this card.

        Respected sir / madam,
        I radha agarwal had opened account with indusind bank upper wood street branch in january 2016.

        Since the day i had opened my account, i have faced only harrasment and direct on face insult by the fix deposit handeling personals.

        1) on 22nd of january 2016 i went to the bank with all my documents and 4 lkhs cash, and two lakhs cheque.
        My account got opened with the clearance of rs.2 lakhs cheque. But the person named mr. Sujit did let me deposit my rs.4lakhs cash in my account of 24th of january, to create more fix deposits.
        After a heated up conversation with mr. Sujit, i at last got my account detail from mr. Sujit, and was able to deposit rs.4lkhs in my own account.
        Rs.4lhks was to be converted in fd on 28th of january itself but, mr. Sujit did not do that.
        In accordance to his own convinience he made rs.4lkhs fd from 1st of feb.

        Since the time i received the fd documets i have been complaining the branch, to rectify the fd date. But the branch and its manager mr. Susanto have paid absolut no heed to any of my complain at all.

        Absolutly fed up with the branch i had to give up on the matter.

        2) but my problems did not ended there

        Recently i had booked two fd with fd no.[protected] and[protected], for 6 month period on auto renewal basis.

        But after six months the fd got booked on its own for 14days bais @ of 3.5% interest.

        When i contacted the bank for an answer, they derected me towards visiting the branch.
        At the branch, the lady who intoduced her self to me as sinoir to miss sucheta of fd department, told me that its my mistake, that i choose indussind bank to keep my money. And its was my mistake to choose indussind bank to keep my money, and thus in todays date its my family who is actualy harrasing me for keeping my money with the indusind bank.

        I was asked by the call center and the bank manager to the branch to get answer as to how my fd put on auto renewal basis is getting booked for 14days basis on as inetrest rate less than of savings account.

        Till todays date i have had conversation with the lady miss suchita, her senior, the bank managermr. Susanto, miss anamika (Extremly un cultured lady from opration department).

        But no answer to how the fd got booked for 14days on 3.5% interst

        Its been march to april, but only and only personal insult have been derectly throw on me, but no direct answer from the branch, person fd department, o[censored]pper wood street branch, kolkata, west bengal.

        Request you for rectification of wrong done to me from the day of me getting attached to indusing cumtomer list.

        ON 15.04.2017, I visited IndusInd Atm at Sector-56, Noida, with ATM no SN003149 and had transaction at around 19.58. I had put withdrawal for Rs 3500 but i recieved only 3000 - one nos 2000 rs note and two nos 500 rs note. Please correct the error and return my rs 500 or adjust in my account. I had put SBI card.

            Your employee(name not known) with official Mob no [protected] is extremely un-cooperative, irressponsible, and use to make false statements to customers.. She used to call me for last one month to convince me for applying credit card...when i had applied it...she is not picking my call or if she picks she use to make false statements that this mob holder is not here..She has gone somewhere..I only expect that she should atleast tell me if i would get credit card or not...but her response is very bad..
            plz take actio againsr her as she is earning bad reputation for ur bank...Hope you will take action against her..

              I have just opted for Indusind credit card. While purchasing credit card, one of the person from Indusind sales team told me following :

              Salesman Words : There is no joining fees and any kind of annual charges and no hidden charges.This is lifetime free credit card.
              Actual Scenario : I got a bill in first month amounting to Rs.500/- and it says that its manufacturing cost of credit card.

              Salesman Words : Limit of credit card according to your salary would be far more than Rs1, 00, 000/-
              Actual Scenario : My credit limit is Rs.50, 000/-

              Salesman Words : You will be receiving following promotion gifts :
              a) Headphones
              b) Sodexo coupons worth Rs500/-
              c) Powerbank
              Actual Scenario : Till date, I didn't get any promotional gifts

              I am trying to resolve this issue by talking to customer care of this bank since last one month.I first contacted customer care on 20th March, 2017.They told me that my mobile number is not updated in their database and complaint can be raised only if mobile number is updated in database.So, updating my number in database would required 5-10 working days.Once my mobile number got updated, I filed complaint on 5th April, 2017.They told me that I would get a call back within 5 working days.They called once .But, I was not able to pick up call.I tried calling back that number.But couldn't connect to it as incoming calls were barred to this number.Later, I got a mail saying that this complaint has been closed.So, again on 12th April, I raised a complaint.From 12th April to Till date I am continuously calling at least twice a day.All they say is that you will get a call back from concerned department in next one hour.But, I never received any call till date.And when I am asking them to directly transfer call to concerned department, they say that its not possible.And when I tell these guys that I was being told that I would get call at so and so timings and why I didn't get any call.They tell me that our record shows that you didn't make any call to customer care and nothing has been told you like thiis on record.
              Current scenario is that my credit card bill has increased to now Rs.1300/- and its really affecting my CIBIL score.

              I filed my application for credit card nearly 2 months ago on my company premises - Cerebrum IT Park, Kalyani Nagar, Pune.

              I want immediate action on the above - Clear my all dues.I won't be paying any manufacturing cost.It is unethical in every way to bring this at later stages.

                Hello Team,

                I have applied for credit card in the month of February and submitted documents in the same month. After that I didn't get any acknowledgement through email or SMS. I tried to reach several times to customer care but no response. On a lucky day, I got connected and they told me that my application logged in on April 4th, 2017 and it takes 10 days for final status. One day I got a call from customer care for verification, She is speaking in Hindi then I informed her that I dont know Hindi so can you please speak in English or Telugu she did her best for 15 secs to speak in English and failed to do so and disconnected the call. After that I never get a call from Indusind but whenever I reach customer care that they are simply telling your application is still logged in please be patient. How come you are not telling the status whether it is approved or rejected for an application that I submitted documents in February Month.

                One customer care person provided me a application number which is wrong, whenever I tried to check the status it is saying no records found. Please do the needful and check my application status through my registered email id or mobile number : [protected]@gmail.com / [protected]

                  This sudhir kumar from Gurgaon and currently working in PASCO India. Sir I would like to inform you one common fraud incident that is happening commonly in ATM MACHINE where whether Security Gurard is absent or not present during the time of incident.

                  Sir I went to ATM for Cash Withdrawal at 5:50 PM in[protected] of INDUSIND BRANCH that is install near Maruti Suzuki india pvt ltd Gurgaon. Sir as after entering the ATM PIN AND WITHDRAWING AMOUNT of 10000/- RS ATM was suddenly hanged and after waiting of 2 minute I tried to press cancel button for cancelation of transaction but machine was in totally non responsive mode.I search for the guard for reporting that hanging issue but that time guard was not present. So finally come back out of ATM MACHINE and went to home.

                  Sir in very next day I went to another indusind bank ATM that is installed in railway road that is on for Cash Withdrawal but when I enter the withdrawal amount of 10000/- I got the message on ATM Screen that amount is insufficient to withdrawal.sir my total balance was 20445/- before this hinging incident when I went to evening for withdrawal but in next day it was reflecting 445/- as balance.

                  I went to bank and inform this incident to branch manager so they inspect that issue and find in video recording of CC TV during the day of hanging the ATM Machine that after leaving the ATM after some time two person had went to that ATM machine and withdraw 20000/-.

                  Sir I would like to inform you ATM hanging issue is very common problem in india due to no Maintenance or very low expenditure on ATM’s.
                  Sir Due to non-availability of guard and ATM MACHINE HANGING ISSUE I lost me 20000/- RS.
                  I went to POLICE STATION AND FILE THE FIR BUT NO ANY ACTION HAD DONE AND EVEN YET I DON’T GET ANY RESPONSE BY THE POLICE.
                  I ask to BANK BRANCH MANAGER TO REFUND MY AMOUNT BECAUSE IT is not my issue its BANK ATM MACHINE ISSUE.so he clearly told me your money is withdrawal and will not be refund.
                  SIR ONE SIDE OUR MODI GOVT MOTIVATE THE CONSUMER TO KNOW HIS/HER RIGHTS by some GREAT PROGRAM LIKE “JAGO GRAHAK JAGO”.so sir I would like to request you please consider this matter on Hight priority because it not my individual problem but a whole nation problem. One side our govt initiating the program like JAN DHAN YOJANA for money flow in indian Economy and other side bank is not able to provide the security to their consumers.
                  Sir I have great Expectation for MODI GOVT AND I AM SURE I WILL GET THE JUSTICE BY YOUR END.

                  SIR I WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU I HAVE LOST THE HOPE OF RECOVERING MY LOST MONEY BUT OF MY FRIEND TOLD JUST FORWARD THIS MATTER TO FINANCE MINISTRY AND PMO OFFICE AND ALSO TO RBI.                       I used my credit card at a petrol bunk on 18th March 2017, whilst making a payment the first transaction was a failure due to poor server and did not get any message notification on my mobile . then I swiped again for swiped for 1000 rupees and also received notification on my mobile number.

                      After I got the months statement I see there has been 2 transaction on the same day.How can Indus approve 2 transaction and most pathetic situation that I did not even receive any transaction notification so that i could have caught hold of the Petrol bunk guys to reimbursement my money.

                        I have done imps from my indusind bank net banking on 10/4/2017 rs. 14750 four times, there was notification shown which says transaction error and then i got a text from indusb that, 'your fund transfer for rs 14750 on 10/4/17 is timed out. Please check with your bank (Imps ref no[protected]" and when i checked my balance it got debited rs. 14750*4 inr. And it is not credited to my bank ac no. Till now. What should i do now. Kindly look up to it and rectify as soon as possible. Screenshots are attached.

                          At 4 april 2017, some unauthorised transaction had been made by my indusind debit card, i am wondering from this date that how it can be done when all banks(including indusind) sending otp before every transaction made, i think because of techanical fault of indusind otp my money had gone, my money should be refunded.

                          btw two amounts from that all amounts refunded, i dont know how, so when 2 amounts can be refunded other amounts should also be refunded, right?

                            I made an FD on 17 Feb but I didnt receive my FD deposit receipt with AWB no [protected] (Overnite ).
                            But it is showing delivered to somebody Pramod in Chandigarh. I dont know who is he and why is he having my account informations?

                            I ordered indusind to check this on urgent basis but 2 mnths are about to finish, i am still not provided any resolution. I got a complaint no from Indusind bank but it was of no use. They are not giving me any proper resolution. I want my FD receipt with me

                            Team indusind, one of your contact person has already contacted me but till date i have not being provided any resolution. 2 mnths are gone, If any fraud happens to my account, only indusind will be accountable for this. Indusind will pay me each penny if any malfunction happens. Listen carefully. Also, if i didnt receive my FD with is in chandigarh with someone else withing 3 business days, you will have to pay me as a waiver at least of rs 1 lac for all this disturbance and mentally pressure. This amount will increase with the each passing day. Or just give me my FD ... you people dont understand, somebody is having my all account details including my name, address, fd number and everything else. just stop sending any further correspondence to me on my address except this one which i want in my hand in any case, with a submission from chandigarh person that he has not done anything and will not do anything wrong in future.

                              Opened Saving Account with Indus Ind Bank, Lucknow . Got a Credit Card ( Privileged One ) with travel and hotel codes. Since 4 months running after the bank as the codes are invalid. Bank says if codes are wrong/invalid, bank is not responsible. Local Manager informs HQ Mumbai that issue resolved but Local and Mumbai Offices are not replying to emails now.

                              Beware of this Bank. They will scam you very big

                                I have paid the due amount of my credit card before the due date, but by mistake that amount was credited to another credit card which is now cancelled. While the payment was made there was no prompt that it was a cancelled card and the payment was accepted by the bank. The bank has accepted the fact and confirmed that the they will reverse it. However they have charged about Rs, 1000/- extra combining various heads of penalty, for a paltry bill amount of Rs, 2090.00. In spite of all my requests the penalty has not been withdrawn, and the card is still blocked.
                                I don't find any reason why they will require four days to adjust the payment for the fund lying with them, while all electronic transactions are effected instantly in every other case.

                                I did not receive any response to my complaint from Indusind bank. The bank had confirmed in their message dated 6th April, 2017 sent to my mobile that they would refund the amount within 4 working days, Their reference no. is [protected]. But till date I have not received any communication from them in this matter. In the meantime I have paid the entire amount due to the bank except the amount already paid earlier. It is surprising to note that I did not receive any message against that payment from the bank. Earlier they used to call me about the payment but after that payment was made by me the bank is totally mum in this matter. On the other hand I have on date received a message that a credit card statement has been sent to my email address against that old card showing a credit balance, which indicates that they did not respond to my request. Please note that Bank did not send me any statement of that credit card after the new one was issued, which I told them to cancel with immediate effect. My userID of their internet banking has been locked by them, as a result I could not see the latest position of the account. I am just wondering how a responsible bank can do such things.

                                  I withdrew Rs 10000 by using IndusInd bank ATM on 9th of February but my account got debited for Rs 20000 . I called upon IndusInd bank customer care and filed the complaint 3-4 days later when I get to know about the double debit . Customer care executive gave me time of 7-10 working days for the resolution of the complaint . i called again after that and got the same response, I called a number of times again but still my complaint is not resolved . Few days back they called me up and denied it that they cant solve it only, they are helpless. Still my payment is blocked and I am clueless that how to get it back and the bank has denied returning it back.

                                    Mr Agarwal, indus ind bank is one of bank assurer approved by IRDA to sell life/general/health policies to its customers & public & as soon as policy is issued there ends the matter & bank is having no say in the matters of claims/receipt of policy document/cancellation of policy. Terms & conditions of policy only prevails on you as well as insurer. Pl correspond with insurer reg claims.

                                        Three fraudulent transaction happened on my travel card in USD on 29th Nov 2016. Bank took 4 months to say that they are helpless and no refund has been made. The response from Bank (RR Nagar Branch, Bangalore) - from Branch Manager to Nodal officer is so pathetic and unprofessional. I lost the money and I strongly advise people to avoid IndusInd Bank - Fraudulent transactions or poor services do happen in other bank, but the unprofessional and arrogant behavior of the Bank staff is very unique to this bank.
                                        In fact in another incident, in Oct'16, my personal data was shared by bank people to a third party and I had tough time in resolving the matter with the Bank
                                        Bottom line, the process and security system at IndusInd Bank is very bad and public should avoid this bank
                                        I have sent a mail to ombudsman and till date no reply - sorry state of affair.
