Dear Sir/Madam I has applied the credit card from your bank. your FE had collected my all supporting documents and process. After some days I received a massage from Induslnd bank, details are give below Dear Customer, we regret to inform that we are currently unable to section a credit card to you I want to know that if I had provided all supporting documents to your Field Executive then why you people not section my credit card. I want to know the each n every details that what are Eligibility criteria to make the credit card from Induslnd Bank.If you people not solve my problem I will escalate this matter to senior level..
