[Resolved]  Indusind Bank — Credit Card of Deceased Customer

Dear Sir/Madam,

I'm writing this email to lodge a complaint against 3rd party calls that I have been receiving from Indusind Bank, asking me and my remaining family to pay some amount of money to close the credit card account of my deceased father Mr. Lokanath Samal. Please find attached to this email, his death certificate as well.

Kindly try to understand that we are grieving the loss of a loved one and these 3rd party calls are harassing my family to a great extent. We are not liable to pay any amount to Indusind Bank, as the Credit Card was issued by my late father alone.

I never even knew about the existence of this credit card and I'm in no way associated with it. Yet, somehow, the 3rd party callers managed to attain my personal number, and someone named Neetu Solanki, spoke to me, demanding money, in a very rude, cruel and inhuman way.

This is extremely unlawful, and since I am in no way connected to this Credit Card, I would kindly request you to take actions regarding these calls. I am worried about my own safety and also the well-being of my family.
