I am having credit card from indusind bank and using since 2 years 3-4 months back indusind bank told me to upgrade my card and send me new card they told me that they will give me amazon vouchers to use approx 50000 rs. And i need to pay this amount from credit card which is lifetime free but they send me shopping vouchers and its a fraud with me is it possible to worth it use shopping vouchers kindly solve this

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I had taken a car loan from your bank which was fully paid in june this year. I got a noc dated 9 June 2021 now as I wanted to sell this car and issued noc had expired I called bank regarding issue of duplicate your customer care told me that it is going to take 45 days to issue another noc I was shocked at time being given for such small thing than I called another staff at a local branch he also told me that it is going to take 15-20 days for issue duplicate noc. It is just so inhumane to hold someone for that long when other banks are issuing noc on same day and even your bank is giving loan in few days and for noc you have to hold customer for so long. What I feel is bank like your's uses customer and exploit them as most of time RBI is reluctant to take action and even banking ombudsman protects vultures like you. When everyone knows there cannot be another reason, in providing loans you are taking hours and for giving noc you are taking month you just want more money so that customer is exploited more and more can be sucked out of him.
    Banks like yours exploit customers till last blood is drawn out of them and you are not going to give duplicate NOC for free but atleast provide that in reasonable period of time.

    Update - Almost 25 days have passed since applying for duplicate NOC
    but bank is not responding.

      Amazon refunded me 428rs to my account on 08/10/2021. But in my bank account(A/c no.[protected], IFSC - INDB0000335) the amount didn't reflect. Amazon gave me refund reference number(authorization code for the transaction, was issued by bank on behalf of they recieved the money from amazon[protected]
      I am requesting to INDUSIND Bank to check the transaction and reflect the amount on my account.

                I have taken retail loan from Indusind Bank for Rs. 7 Lakh and i was in regular of making every month instalment before covid but after covid i have lost my job and appreciated IndusInd for providing me restructuring and again i have paid regularly for 5 month now but again my situation is not stable to pay further EMI and in between this IndusInd had give my loan collection to 3rd party for collection of EMI …have told so many time to 3rd party that we cant not make full payment of EMI where i am ready to pay on sustainable basis till the time my situation is not stabled...even though 3rd Party collection agency still calling me multiple times on my cell number which is against RBI frame work and if tell them that i cant make full amount than they started torturing me by sending their recovery agent to my home and my office even in bank holiday also...i would request to higher authority to take some action against collection agency hired by IndusInd bank.                               Dear Concern,

                              I had a two wheeler loan in IndusInd Bank with loan number GRV04909H, and the loan was completed successfully, but I did not get the NOC letter.

                              So I visited Indusind Finance Office (Veraval, Gujarat) dated 6th Aug'21, and where I was told that NOC letter was returned, and NOC will come in 45 days, and the representative said that you will get a call from us in 45 days.

                              But I haven't received any call even after two months. I also asked the representative for the branch contact number, but he did not give it to me.

                              Hence kindly help me to get NOC letter at earliest. Thanks.

                                  I have received the card but when generating pin its shows details are wrong not found in records but when I made payment they received it and I got confirmation also if details are wrong how can they received payment fraud and harrasment

                                    My brother used IndusInd credit card and due to unemployment he is unable pay it back. We got call from bank for payment and I was asking him for payment options he started using profanity language n is not ready understand the issues and help us solve the issue. I have call recording of the same

                                      i just post all the detail to your mail id and also i went to branch they are not responding well
                                      i m just wondering that how they treat customers like that see replying the request is not enough i tried your customer care number finally i reach them at 10th time of continuous call from 11am i could reach them at 1 pm and i called them to tell that branch was not responding and she simply tell contact branch sir and cut the call how much I am frustrated after hearing those words and also solve my problem from your end issue my NOC For my bike
