They have opened an two wheelar loan on my name without my permission and i dont know anything about this loan which is affecting my credit score....

IndusInd bank calls and messages for repeated loan EMI payment for an account which is not in my name. I don't have an account with IndusInd bank. Inspite of me telling them it's not my account they keep calling and sending messages. They say the phone number mentioned is my number. Attaching a screenshot of the message....

On 6th march 2021 a person named rohit sharma called and asked to pay rs 13 otherwise my sim would be blocked and explaining me things about what link i have to open and all he mirrored my phone and opened my moblie banking app and transacted rs 1.5 lakhs from my account
I have already registered a complaint against the same and submitted the fir copy in the bank
I did not share the otp and anything to the person

My name is Abhijeet choudhury, I already place request to close my loan account it's almost more than month neither customer care nor nodal team are not providing any solution. They always deny by saying that the complaint is under processing. It's mental harassment and because of this it's affecting my cibil score.

From yesterday i have received a spam call with default voice message for indusind credit related things. I have blocked 50+ Numbers but still I am receiving every minute a spam call with new number. Its irritating and make tensed. Please do the needful to stop the call.

I have called customer care but not able to connect with them.
