[Resolved] Indusind Bank — credit card settlement

Hi, i have a indusind bank platinum select credit card. Total outstanding is 88000 which is overlimit. My credit limit was 85000. I am using this card from last 3 years.

Currently, i am jobless and not able to make payment of my total outstanding. Currently it is very hard to me to live a normal life in this financial crisis. However, every month before due day i am trying to arrange and make payment of minimum due amount of rs. 4422/- from last 3-4 months. After making the payment of 4422 for 4 months still my total outstanding is 88000 because every month interest charge is a round 3600 + overlimit : 500 + 18% gst. It is creating lots of mental pressure on me.

I contacted indusind bank credit card settlement team for the same and ask them to convert my outstanding to emi. They told me that no emi option is available on my card and then after disclosing my current situation, i asked for settlement the total outstanding. They registered my request (Request no: 32187 dtd. 05.11.18) and after 3 weeks they provided a phone number of collection team, kolkata.

I contacted the collection team and got disappointed. They told no emi or settlement option is available on my card. They threaten me, that if i am not able to make the payment then they know how to recover the amount and some abusive word. I faced this issue and this create mental pressure on me. Moreover, every day i got so many calls from indusind bank collection team and they are harassing as well.

I asked indusind bank for several time for settlement or covert outstanding to emi. But no hopes. I am ready to pay the total outstanding in emi option because as a jobless person, i am not able to pay total outstanding in a single shot.

Hi there,
I want to do settlement on my credit card n [protected]
There is an outstanding balance of rs 74k . I can not make the full payments due financial problems and personal issues. I recently got divorced last year where I had to give 5 L as alimony . I am earning rs 25k and have to give 10 I per month to my ex wife as alimony.

I can do one time settlement by Rs 15k.
Pls give a call or send me an email with the option that I have. But keep in mind ..I can't make the payments more than 15k.

Hi, My name is Sanjay Karmakar. I am writing this to you coming under immense pressure of financial burden. IndusInd agents are creating mental pressure on me. My credit card outstanding balance is $1, 12, 000.00. But I am unable to pay due to this pandemic situation my job is in turmoil and as if I am dying each and every day.
