I was previously used induslnd bank credit card.in couple of months ago, i closed my credit card, that time i paid full outstanding amount.

But in next month they generate bill amount of rs. - 500+/- i don't have any idea about of this. i went S.A, although i don't have any way to pay bill because it's inactive account and i don't have my account details right now.
I have called customer care one i have return to India, now they are asking me to pay 3800 rupees interest. this not at all fair, they put interest on interest.

i am ready to pay my first month interest.Please check my previous statements i have paid 50K also at a time.
I request you to look into my case and help me at the earliest and oblige.

    I had taken duetche bank creditt card in the year 2017 and never used the same any where as per my knowledge .But now in the cibil report Indusund bank claiming that I have to pay 144286 rupees over due and the status showing as write-off which is not correct. An my cibil score got affected by this wrong information.The status mentioned as write-up which is not correct.

      I received call from Induaind bank executive sating to offer Aura credit card with no joining and annual fees. I confirmed multiple times and they said that yes there will be no charge. I alao have the recording for the same. After 1 month when I received the statemwnt 1060 Rs has been charged as joining fees. The customer care is not even picking the call. Tje false promises that the bank executive makes to complete their targets are annoying and I want to register complaint against IndusInd bank.

        Got a call from indusind bank customer support for credit card. Since i have a saving account in same, they already have every possible info. While interacting a female tele caller guranted that i will be getting limit of ₹2 lac with this card. I clearly mentioned that i need to purchase electronic goods hence would require such limit. She confirmed that i will be getting limit of ₹ 2 lac. But when i received the card to my shock the limit was just of ₹ 50k, moreover there were no emi offers associated with this. I consider cancellation of this card.

          I Hasib Khan the proprietor of Animal Gurukul open an account at IndusInd chembur branch just because it works on holidays too. But whenever I go to get demand draft on holidays, staff at chembur branch make excuses and ask to visit some other branch or come on working days. This has happened several times with me. I have never seen such worst customer service in any other bank.

            I financed suzuki access from gwalior (Mp) through your bank and have cleared all the dues, but it has been nearly two month i haven't received noc from them. They are not answering clearly and i didn't like this behavior.

              I am applying a current account in rdc rajnagar branch. The branch is full of illetrate person know one knows about the procedure for opening an account they are giving execuses me last 5weeks account not yet opened they said bank backend not cleaned what the rubbish excuses my firm name is maharaja agrrsen enterprises or my money is deducted now i am gone to the consumer court. Very worst service i face looses in business due to the dalying or false commitment all the staff of bank.

              I go to the bank at 4.56pm on 20, 11, 2018 but refused the casher .he says 5pm 0ver so i csn not take the money

                Sir,
                I have open 5 saving a/cs with note that hardly i will transact in 4 a/c. I was told u need to maintain zero balance. Only thing is u need to pay 100000.00 amount cheques while opening a/c. Later on u can withdraw. I did accordingly. Later when i view my all the 5 a/cs, i was surprised in 3 a/c they have charged me with minimum balance non maintenance charges. And rest 2 a/c where as per the terms. After repeated reminder to concern person mr. Rajendra sir, now he shifted to coimbatore branch, and bank visit things did't resolve, though he gave me assurance [protected]. My a/c no. Are[protected],[protected],[protected]. I request u to please solve it as my banc charges comes to around[protected].. I feel bank has done injustice with me. I have harldly few tranaction

                  I have used credit card of indusind bank. But due to some financial crisis i am unable to pay the dues. I have mailed to bank for settlement but no response i got from the bank. One day one recovery agent has come at my room and telling me that he has come to take money for card. I have asked for i'd card visitors card but he didn't show me and telling me give me cash i will give you receipt.
                  I had denied to give cash then one of the lady called him her name is ankita and she is enlist management company. She was telling him don't come without payment and go with wherever he is going.
                  I told him i will not pay in cash.
                  And i was shocked bank has not taken any action towards them after the complaint. Again they have started harrasing me.
                  I want to settle my credit card amount as i am not able to pay the outstanding.
                  Kindly help

                      I had a health insurance policy with chola mandalam through indusind bank bandra branch. They debited an amount of rs. 16288/- twice for the same year i. E. On 8.6.17 from my personal a/c and on 28.4.17 from my company a/c (Gautam export corporation, of which i am a partner - this debit from my company a/c was without any standing instructions or authorisation). Since many months i have been after them for a refund without any success. Last e-mail which i sent to them was on 17.7.18. If you want i can send you the e-mail correspondence once i get the complaint registration number and your e-mail address.

                        Dear concerned authority,

                        I left india on 10th nov 2017 for good and prior to my leaving i had got my indusind credit card blocked as i was suspicious of credit card fraud in my absence.

                        Much to my surprise, i started receiving emails of the statements with my name and a different credit card number and outstanding balance of above inr 2, 30, 000. How could the bank issue a credit card to someone when the original credit card was blocked? My phone number on which it was registered was also with me when i left india. What authorization mechanism does the bank have in issuing new credit card?

                        My elderly parents in my absence started receiving calls from different recovery agents and despite my trying to reach out to different indusind bank customer representatives, i have not heard anything from anyone including someone from the asset recovery team.

                          Me and my son went to janak puri branch as per a fixed appoint to open fd and sb account and our accounts were opened directly on computer-no paper applications were filled. Cash of rs 45000/ was taken from me and a cheque of rs 20300/ from my son and we gave them another cheque for rs 25 lacs. For fdr. The ccounts were opened on oct 18 as informed to us but we noticed cheques were not sent for clearing and we again went to enquire about that only to know they were yet to be collected and then it was on oct 29 that cheques were collected and one fdr for rs 5 lac was issued and not 25 lac.
                          I waited and finally on nov 4 & 5 i withdrew 20 lacs. We again went on nov 17 to enquire abount my son’s account only to know that it was pending as cheque was unsigned whereas the paying banker had paid on 29 oct and indusind had got the funds. Such a banking of this modern aged bank.
                          During all this process our maindate to open joint accounts with nomination was nerver heeded by the bank.
                          I closed my account on 17 nov by submitting paper applicaton and withdrawing the balance and for colosure of son’s account we were told to wait as the branch would claim the money from their mumbai office.
                          It is open for discussion and will the controllers of the bank take notice
                          Let the bank not harras senior citizens like me and youngester like my son

                            As I made transaction to Snap-deal for Bed Sheet on[protected] of Rs. 416.0. The Amount has deducted from my account. But this transaction has not received by Snap-deal. I have attached transaction details.
                            Kindly check where this amount has gone? This is my bad experience.

                              Our customer id is 33588318. We have already submitted all the documents of export to our rm ajeet. He is not replying to our mail. Hw has not work on export document.

                              We got the internet banking services letter but we received transaction password first. We assumed it to be login password. Now our customer id is blocked. We want to reset it again. This is big disappointment. Indusind bank can not provided basic net banking services. We don't have debit card. We can not reset the password. This letter came after 3 weeks from the request date in ghatkopar branch. We have given all the net banking document to suryakant bhai at crawford branch in june month. Suryakant bhai did not work for our net banking services. So we have to request this net banking services from ghatkopar branch. Even after waiting for 5 months for net banking services we can not get access to net banking services.

                              This bank cannot provide basic net banking services. Shame on indusind bank. Crawford road branch can not give firc document also. If we do not get basic net banking services then there is no point in continue our current account.

                              Why is ajit my rm??? He is now located in different branch. He neither come to crawford road branch nor come to our office. Ajit & vineet bhai are useless to me. They both are not available in crawford road branch. Why should i contact them???

                              Crawford road branch can not give firc document also. All the document has being given to ajeet many times. He does not work. We request for smart & educated relation manger. Ajeet is useless as a job of rm. Ajeet & vineet bhai has not idea about export government rules & regulation. The full system has being change. But they are not ready to accept the new system. We have done so much export but we have not received single firc for the transaction.

                              We do have one fd remaining in our account.

                                It has happened may a times that i have tried calling up the customer service to confirm details about my credit card but every time this happens and it is very disappointing to say that the customer service people do not pick up the calls at night for a very long time like around 30-45 mins. May it be anytime like 9pm or 12pm. And it is very irritating to hold a call at that hour of the night. Even during the daytime they take a long time...

                                  Although i had paid total amount of outstanding emi on june 2018 yet not credit in my loan account. As per statt. Shown that the total amount due rs.47421 in credit. And reminder me to pay the above amount.in this context, i have already inform to customer care/phone banking officer for closing of outstanding amount yet not shown in oct. Credit card statement. As per my repeated request. Now i therefore requested that the credit card may be closed due to unsatisfied your services.
