I am a senior lady of 75 plus years old. I take one policy from your company for helping one lady for achieving her probationary target, in that policy, insured, jyotika susan abraham (8 years old, us citizen) is my granddaughter, staying in the us. Some clauses in the policy were not at all suitable our purposes also it is not communicated to me earlier, from your company guys, when i understand from policy document, i decided to return back under the freelook provision in the policy. But you are saying you get the freelook notice on after its period, but, bluedart that the policy document was received by my husband (M m john) on 4th april 2018 (Not on 2nd april as mentioned) and i returned it under its freelook clause on 18th april 18 and it is clear that i have retuned it on the 14th day of receipt. The tracking details shows that consignment has been received at your end on 20th april and not on 23rd april as mentioned in the letter of sr.
