I have applied for loan in indusind bank and i got the money also, but the issue is whenever i called to customer care to get details about my loan they are not able to fetch the loan details because of that am not able to get any of my loan details i have sent an mail one week ago to update my details in their system still have not received any reply from indusind bank customer service,

I have sent a mail for indusind bank nodel office also from there also i didn't get reply.

Could you guys take responsibility and take necessary action on this.

    Myself vinit kumar. I have applied for credit card. I got the message that ur credit card has been dispatched through bluedart shipment no. [protected]. But due to holiday our office was closed so i was unable to receive this shipment. And now this has been held by bluedart delivery centre greater noida.
    Kindly rearrange the delivery of this shipment again.

    Why the customer care of this bank not replying the mail or not even taking calls .very bad customers service.this is absolutely fake customer care. We are going to complain finance ministry and ombudsman.

      I am a senior lady of 75 plus years old. I take one policy from your company for helping one lady for achieving her probationary target, in that policy, insured, jyotika susan abraham (8 years old, us citizen) is my granddaughter, staying in the us. Some clauses in the policy were not at all suitable our purposes also it is not communicated to me earlier, from your company guys, when i understand from policy document, i decided to return back under the freelook provision in the policy. But you are saying you get the freelook notice on after its period, but, bluedart that the policy document was received by my husband (M m john) on 4th april 2018 (Not on 2nd april as mentioned) and i returned it under its freelook clause on 18th april 18 and it is clear that i have retuned it on the 14th day of receipt. The tracking details shows that consignment has been received at your end on 20th april and not on 23rd april as mentioned in the letter of sr.         I tried to withdraw 10k money using cash on mobile facility on 26/11/2018. But i didn't receive money. Hence i raised compliant in customer care on 27/11/2018 the compliant no was 68869040. There is no response from the bank. Again i raised compliant on 1/12/2018 and the compliant no was 69065563 still there is no response. I never seen such a poor service. Still my problem is not resolve

          Extremely very worst condition of customer care service. I was calling to customer care service phone number to talk with executive but no one received the call. Its been 15 minutes i was calling but no one received the phone. Customer care service is for helping the people but if no one is there to receive the call then what is the use. Very disappointed. That to the call was not toll free number. We are using our own money to call you people and you people don't have the value to customer to pick up the phone. Not only today, earlier also in other business days there is no one to talk in customer care service. I really think now to disconnect my account from this # bank. I want now close my account from this bank where no one is there to help customers.

          I'm received receipt o[censored]nable to dispense from BOI ATM and not received Rs 10000 from that ATM. But Rs 10000 debited in my account. Please send my money back.

              I took a personal loan from indusind bank. As i don't have indusind saving a/c they deduct the emi from my icici a/c. My emi date is 4th of every month.
              Icici bank deducted late payment charge on 5th nov. I asked my bank they said that this is due to insufficient fund when indusind bank was trying to deduct my emi amount. But i had sufficient fund on that day. But my icici a/c transactions i can't see any kind of actions from indusind bank.
              After that when indusind bank called me i said that i will definitely pay the emi but without that late payment charge. They have send me a document of proof that stating they tried to hit my bank on 4th nov (Which was sunday, so i think this is a fake document they have sent). I returned the document and they they are harassing me repeatedly. I said that i will surely pay but without that late fee.

                Repeated delay in cash deposit at bank. Every time i visit, they make me stand alone in spite of being no other customers without any reason. Last time, i've waited for more than 15 minutes and walked out of the bank in front of the cashier leaving the cash deposit slip at cashiers cabin. Still no one cares me. Thanks for your service till now. I'm going to close my account.

                  I was previously used induslnd bank credit card.in couple of months ago, i closed my credit card, that time i paid full outstanding amount.

                  But in next month they generate bill amount of rs. - 500+/- i don't have any idea about of this. i went S.A, although i don't have any way to pay bill because it's inactive account and i don't have my account details right now.
                  I have called customer care one i have return to India, now they are asking me to pay 3800 rupees interest. this not at all fair, they put interest on interest.

                  i am ready to pay my first month interest.Please check my previous statements i have paid 50K also at a time.
                  I request you to look into my case and help me at the earliest and oblige.

                    I had taken duetche bank creditt card in the year 2017 and never used the same any where as per my knowledge .But now in the cibil report Indusund bank claiming that I have to pay 144286 rupees over due and the status showing as write-off which is not correct. An my cibil score got affected by this wrong information.The status mentioned as write-up which is not correct.

                      I received call from Induaind bank executive sating to offer Aura credit card with no joining and annual fees. I confirmed multiple times and they said that yes there will be no charge. I alao have the recording for the same. After 1 month when I received the statemwnt 1060 Rs has been charged as joining fees. The customer care is not even picking the call. Tje false promises that the bank executive makes to complete their targets are annoying and I want to register complaint against IndusInd bank.

                        Got a call from indusind bank customer support for credit card. Since i have a saving account in same, they already have every possible info. While interacting a female tele caller guranted that i will be getting limit of ₹2 lac with this card. I clearly mentioned that i need to purchase electronic goods hence would require such limit. She confirmed that i will be getting limit of ₹ 2 lac. But when i received the card to my shock the limit was just of ₹ 50k, moreover there were no emi offers associated with this. I consider cancellation of this card.

                          I Hasib Khan the proprietor of Animal Gurukul open an account at IndusInd chembur branch just because it works on holidays too. But whenever I go to get demand draft on holidays, staff at chembur branch make excuses and ask to visit some other branch or come on working days. This has happened several times with me. I have never seen such worst customer service in any other bank.

                                I have open 5 saving a/cs with note that hardly i will transact in 4 a/c. I was told u need to maintain zero balance. Only thing is u need to pay 100000.00 amount cheques while opening a/c. Later on u can withdraw. I did accordingly. Later when i view my all the 5 a/cs, i was surprised in 3 a/c they have charged me with minimum balance non maintenance charges. And rest 2 a/c where as per the terms. After repeated reminder to concern person mr. Rajendra sir, now he shifted to coimbatore branch, and bank visit things did't resolve, though he gave me assurance [protected]. My a/c no.                                   I have used credit card of indusind bank. But due to some financial crisis i am unable to pay the dues. I have mailed to bank for settlement but no response i got from the bank. One day one recovery agent has come at my room and telling me that he has come to take money for card. I have asked for i'd card visitors card but he didn't show me and telling me give me cash i will give you receipt.
                                  I had denied to give cash then one of the lady called him her name is ankita and she is enlist management company. She was telling him don't come without payment and go with wherever he is going.
                                  I told him i will not pay in cash.
                                  And i was shocked bank has not taken any action towards them after the complaint. Again they have started harrasing me.
                                  I want to settle my credit card amount as i am not able to pay the outstanding.
                                  Kindly help
