My account was debit freeze on mid of february due to fraud monitoring, as per customer care team and branch. I have been asked to visit branch and coordinate with team to unfreeze it on february 14 2018.
I did, talked to branch manager, mr. Anupam (Contact no. [protected]) and an officer, bikram (Contact no. [protected]).
They informed me that it’s due to suspicious transactions on my account and address verification fail.
I am still figuring out what suspicious transactions are?
And how come address verification negative? If all your banking communications including debit card, credit card, bank kits for all employees are received on reception. And why did you activate my account if the verification was negative?
Nothing is given me on written and no message and written information from bank side on this matter.
In fact, this is completely a harassment, every day i reach out to customer care for status or visit the branch and go back with never ended commitment. This is to just let you know that i have only current account with indusind and because it’s freeze i can’t pay to team and me as well, especially on occasion of festival holi.
We are a startup and incident tike this making a negative impact on our brand and i strongly believe that we should get privilege because of helping indian economy by getting foreign investment in india.
Also, if bank can’t support startups after a significant effort from goi, there is no sense to promote startup india. Was this information helpful? |
