Indusind Bank — Draft Revalidation Pending! Money Held for 1 Year!

Hi, This is Anurag Mukhopadhyay, Last Year, I took a personal loan from Indusind, and Indusind issued a DD for foreclosure one of my old loans at ICICI. ICICI said that they will close the loan after 6 EMIs. So I had to wait. Then Lockdown for COVID19 came and draft got expired. I wrote to [protected]@indusind.com where I was asked to bring the DD to nearest branch for revalidation, So I went to Camac Street Kolkata Branch.
They took DD from me with a handwritten application for revalidation, and told me they will let me know by phone after it gets revalidated. But none of the staffs are helpful enough. Now they are asking to for a letter from, where the loan was approved, well the loan is from Indusind itself, why would you want a letter for that. Its issued in my name, what else do you need?

I am paying Indusind and ICICI emi both for the whole year and this didn't get solved. The reason I took the loan so that I could close the previous ones. And this is getting frustrating.

2 days ago, I again visited the branch to collect the DD so that I could go to Salt Lake branch and see if they can do anything. But the excuse they gave is the staff who took the DD is in Sick leave, you have to come back when she is available. I mean I submitted a DD worth 1.2 Lac in your branch for revalidation and it just stays somewhere and only one person knows about it?? What kind of sick game is this?

My ICICI loan's outstanding is reduced now, so I would like to get a DD issued in my name and delivered to my home address or transferred directly into my bank account. I have had enough torture and you have held my money for so long.
Don't you dare call me and ask to come anywhere else! i am sick of hearing this!!

Give me back my money!

Today I asked the staff who took my DD, if she will be available, She replied to come on wednesday as it has been couriered. She didn't mention where though. How many days do I have to wait for this. Its like a never ending process!

I visited my old office to collect the DD. But as per them they didn't receive anything in my name.

So now 1.2 lac DD is lost and I can't track it.

Only if they asked me before they couriered it.
I am worried and frustrated.

I don't want to get involved with DDs with IndusInd anymore. I have had enough. Please disburse the rest of the amount in my bank account. i.e. 122182 INR.
