Indusind Bank — For withdrawal of PF

Dear sir,

My name is Richa Verma. I am an ex employee of indusind bank from 11th jan 2021 to 31st march 2021.
Due to emergency, i left the bank without serving the notice period .
I tried to withdraw my pf online so many time but did not get success because HR has forgotten to mentioned my exit date

I connect to HR but did not get any response from them..

So request you kindly add my exit date so that i can withdraw my PF amount its an emergency..
