I J.laxmi applied for car loan in IndusInd Bank, As I got 3, 50, 000 credited in my bank account.But in my loan account it's showing 3, 60, 000.I have explained this matter to IndusInd Bank via e-mail.But I didn't get any response from Bank. And also I'm unable to pay my emi's through my bank account, as their executive not updated my mach form. So you are requested to solve my problem as early as possible.

IndusInd Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,
We would like to inform you that amount financed for the loan ATIXXXX9C is Rs 360000 lakhs only. To be paid along with interest of Rs108720/- and total outstanding amount is Rs 468720. Hence, loan can be completed with 47 EMI of Rs 9973/- per month.
Further, we understand ACH mandate has been given from co-borrower bank account. However, the cancelled cheque submitted does not mentioned with the name of primary account holder. Hence, to register NACH we require a copy of the co-borrowers bank statement where mentioned their name.

IndusInd Bank Customer Care's response We wish to inform that this is a refinance deal and hence against a loan amount of Rs. 3, 60, 000 lakhs only the initial documentation charges, loan processing charges, TATA AIG insurance premium totalling to Rs.10, 000/-, have all been deducted and the balance has of Rs. 3, 50, 000 lakhs has been credited to your account.
These charges have been in detail shared in the welcome letter sent to you.
