For withdrawal of PF

Dear sir,

My name is Richa Verma. I am an ex employee of indusind bank from 11th jan 2021 to 31st march 2021.
Due to emergency, i left the bank without serving the notice period .
I tried to withdraw my pf online so many time but did not get success because HR has forgotten to mentioned my exit date

I connect to HR but did not get any response from them..

So request you kindly add...

Dear Team,
I took a Home loan from Indusind Bank in feb-2020 of amount 9.8 lakh. And bank did FD of amount 31354 ruppe at that time. Now I preclose my Home loan from this bank and given a written request for return of my FD amount on 30-Aug-2022 in Karnal Sham nagar branch of Indusind bank. But I didn't recieved any amount yet. Also their customer is not responding on it.

So, kindly help me to get my FD amount back. Also refer all below detail for your reference.

      Hi Team,
      I am getting transaction alert via sms from approx more than a year. But, I even don't have any account in this bank. It's been approx more than a year getting this. This is not good for your customer account security.

      I tried calling customer care. But, as I don't have any account in this bank I can't connect. I have dropped mail regarding this from my gmail account reetesh.[protected]@gmail.com with subject 'Remove Incorrect Mobile Number for Banking' on [protected]@indusind.com email id. There I have shared mobile number as well on which I am getting these alerts continuously.

        I’m holding a Savings A/c –[protected] by the name of Nitin Ramchandani in IndusInd Bank. I use my Debit Card to pay my Utility Bills from PhonePe App every Month. On Friday 9th September 2022, I wanted to make a payment of ₹5, 109 to KESCO. After Entering the CVV I was redirected to your Bank’s OTP page. OTP was received for the amount ₹5, 109 at 6:15 p.m. to my registered Mobile No. [protected], I entered the same to complete the process. The Transaction was Successful, but I received 2 SMS instantly from the Bank debiting 2 times the same amount of ₹5, 109. The available Balance before the transaction was ₹13, 588, 1st SMS stated the balance as ₹8, 479 and the 2nd to ₹3, 370.

        I contacted PhonePe support team, but they have received ₹5, 109 only once, I had a talk with the Bank’s Customer Care representative as well and discussed the same. They have Assigned a Request ID 26177701 for POS Transaction Chargeback. I have attached screenshots regarding the matter, IndusInd Bank has asked for 5 Working Days to process my request.

        I received an SMS from Bank:
        We have resolved your IndusInd Bank Request 26177701 related to POS Transaction Chargeback. We hope the resolution meets your expectation. For any feedback or assistance, please call [protected] - IndusInd Bank

        Contacted the Bank's customer care again, I tried to explain how can 2 amounts of the same value be debited on 1 OTP? Transactions done by debit card can be trackable. I have also submitted a letter and hard copies (Statement Screenshots PhonePe and savings account as well as SMS Screenshots) to your branch. They have given me another Request No. 26283182.

        I am not satisfied with the process. It's a technical error by the bank. If this issue will not resolve. I'll be heading To RBI and will be closing my Savings and Current Accounts with your Bank.

          Account access denied by the bank - fund blocked

          I tried to open an account with IndusInd Bank. All documents have been submitted. As per them, I did initial funding to unfreeze account. It is more than 2 weeks now neither activated the account nor send a confirmation on account opening. Further, they changed my mobile number without my consent. The branch is also not responding....

              I want a fresh NOC for my already completed car loan. I sent an email to the bank, but no response so far.

              The RTO office is asking for fresh NOC for name transfer and this one issue is holding the transfer. Once received that RTO office says they will take care of the name transfer.

              An NOC is a letter with authorised signature. Why is it so tedious to get that.

              I want to get that letter through postal. I am even ready to pay the postal charges too.

                  I personally request you to activate the credit card at immediate.
                  I don't want to get this Matter to RBI. I am saying this because from my side all the penalties are cleared. Therefore activate the credit card.

                      I, Kumar Premchand, used SBI Collect to pay my GOVT ENGG COLLEGE BHOJPUR exam fees of Rs. 3710 yesterday (31/08/2022) by scanning QR code through my IndusInd Mobile Bank app UPI and the amount was debited from my a/c but SBI Collect payment history is showing the status - Failure and Transaction Description - No Transaction record found. SBI Collect payment transaction reference number is DUJ6426171.

                      Kindly look into this matter ASAP.

                        Hello team,

                        I am Vinita, have am using my credit card from past 5yrs, my card limit is 2.5 lacs and always been regular on my payments.
                        Unfortunately, now as I am going through financial burden bcoz of my health and on worst patch of my life. I am unable to make the payment of my card. I am getting multiple calls for the bank and they use abusive languages. I am not in state of taking the mental torture.
                        I am happy to may 70k to 80k in emi and settle my card.
                        I tried calling customer service but was on call for more than 40 mins as the IVR keep transferring to wrong dept.

                        Hi team this is so disheartening. I have requested to settle my card and expecting call from relevant team, meanwhile collection team came to my house and scared my mom. My parents r diabetic and bp patient, she got restless they way he spoke. This is not the way to threaten. I am waiting for the right team to help me. In my past 15+ years of career, I have never been in collection and always adhered to the bank policies. But as I am in bank phase of my life I expect little humanity from the bank. I don’t want to c my parents in this situation. I am responsible for the card please talk to me not to my parents in my absence. It’s a request to the bank.

                                I J.laxmi applied for car loan in IndusInd Bank, As I got 3, 50, 000 credited in my bank account.But in my loan account it's showing 3, 60, 000.I have explained this matter to IndusInd Bank via e-mail.But I didn't get any response from Bank. And also I'm unable to pay my emi's through my bank account, as their executive not updated my mach form. So you are requested to solve my problem as early as possible.

                                Dear Customer,
                                We would like to inform you that amount financed for the loan ATIXXXX9C is Rs 360000 lakhs only. To be paid along with interest of Rs108720/- and total outstanding amount is Rs 468720. Hence, loan can be completed with 47 EMI of Rs 9973/- per month.
                                Further, we understand ACH mandate has been given from co-borrower bank account. However, the cancelled cheque submitted does not mentioned with the name of primary account holder. Hence, to register NACH we require a copy of the co-borrowers bank statement where mentioned their name.

                                We wish to inform that this is a refinance deal and hence against a loan amount of Rs. 3, 60, 000 lakhs only the initial documentation charges, loan processing charges, TATA AIG insurance premium totalling to Rs.10, 000/-, have all been deducted and the balance has of Rs. 3, 50, 000 lakhs has been credited to your account.

                                These charges have been in detail shared in the welcome letter sent to you.
