[Resolved] Indusind Bank — forex wire transfer | |||||
We initiated a forex wire transfer request online at indusind website. First we paid 5% online to secure the foreign exchange rate. We wanted to give the rest 95% of the funds within 24 hrs but within two hours the 5% money was refunded back to our account. No reason was provided why. Customer support also had no clue. Then we were told to try again. We tried again. Paid 5% first and then paid the rest 95% via rtgs. Went to the branch and did all the paperwork like aadhar card and pan card. Now again after 2 hrs the 5% payment went back to our icici account. The customer service has no clue why this is happening but now our 95% of funds are with indusind. We cannot withdraw the funds nor move ahead while they investigate. Its not a small amount of money just hanging in the air like this. Was this information helpful? | |||||
