[Resolved]  Indusind Bank — Harassment by Credit Card Recovery Agent

Harassment by Indusind Credit Card Recovery Agent (A lady, Mobile No. +91 [protected], Mr. Hemant, +91 [protected]/[protected]). I have taken a loan on my card but due to some financial difficulty I am not able to pay my EMI. The current o/s have grown to around 4.70 lakhs. I am not in position to clear my outstanding. Every month I am paying Rs. 500/- just so that I can keep the card active with one recovery agency, Even during lockdown I managed to pay Rs. 500/- every month. During lockdown they didn't harass me not they called me. But since past month the recovery agents are harassing me calling all the times. They have visited my house. They have visited my office. They are calling persons who they think knew me and telling about my defaults and that I have told them to collect my dues from them. They have also informed my boss about my dues and asked my boss to pay my dues. Now i have been given warning by my boss that he would dismiss me from my work. I have told them that they can contact me at my mobile no. I have also told that I am in process of arranging funds but that it would take time and please bear till then. I have told that I have a LIC policy which I will surrender and the proceeds (Around 60 to 80 thousand) that I will get I will give it for settlement of my dues. But they say that they could come and sit in my office/home or that I should come and sit in their office. They are threatening me.

They are making my life miserable, please do take some action against them, I am really in a bad financial situation.
