Indusind Bank — home loan cancelled

I had applied home loan in indusind bank fonace department. Everything finished loke site, home, office verifications and also sanctioned my loan amount rs. 965000. Myself and co-applicant's are signed in agreement then given to me mod format. So i paid the mod fee in sub registration office. But in lost minut they stopped the transaction and at all. I spents more than 30000 for this loan purposes. So please take action with them.
