Indusind Bank — I haven't received my full and final settlement amount.

Dear sir,
I have already left my job with induslnd bank since 3 months back. My employee code is iblc38694.
I already had a word with the hr department regarding this. According to them they have despatched every documents related for my settlement ammount. I dont understand why it's not getting disburse to my salary account. Either i am getting any particular contact number of your settlement desk.
It's a request kindly resolve this and credit my settlement ammount and update my exit date of leaving in uan portal with an immediate effect.
