[Resolved]  Indusind Bank — i'm getting ecs bounce charges as indusind bank is presenting ecs with full emi amount though i already paid all full emi

I've cleared all the emi (Rs. 17910 per month) for my personal loan[protected], on time within may 2020. The last emi paid is on 04/05/2020.

Later i get to know i have 229 rupees of principal due to some adjustment and that becomes more than 1000 rupees with interest as of today. Still, that is not what i want to know here.

In the meantime, there is 3 times money got deducted from my icici bank saving account as indusind nach ecs bounce charges. The charge is near to rs 590 rupees each time. The ecs deduction was attempted on 4th jun, 4th july, 4th august as per the bank records. I've attached bank statement.

The reason behind this i got to know is indusind bank has presented ecs of 17910 rupees each month and i've not maintained that much of balance.

Now the question is about the money i've lost for ecs bounce. As i'm losing money i need a valid answer what is my mistake else i need refund. Below mentioned thoughts i have regarding this -

I. I didn't agree that i'll allow indusind bank to deduct more than what i owed to them.
Ii. If you want to deduct, deduct 229 rupees then. Why the customer has to maintain rupees 17910 though that is not what due for the loan.
Iii. I know the indusind bank system is not capable of modifying ecs, but that's not my fault. Why customers have to pay penalties, in such cases?

Please let me know what i did wrong as per the loan terms and conditions so that i have to digest the loss as ecs bounce charges. I need refund.
