Indusind Bank — invalid charges for late payment even we manage to pay on last date

After lots of follow up, and showing facts by video calling with your executive explain the facts, the payment we do on last date its also said to be on or before due date, so late payment charge should not imposed on our credit card bill, we have done payment from phone pay even netbanking for other part payment on last date, from phone pay in a second it transfer to other person, then how could i believe i pay off my debts after date once i did on or before last date which shows in statement payment received on last date. We have pay off august month payment in august month only for that i attach the pdf.

So, we want refund for charge imposed on our credit card. Else its said to be cheating with customer to get more charge in name of late payment. Still we not refunded.
