I alok kumar s/o sh. Manoj sharan inform you that my indusind bank credit card no. [protected] which is hacked and utilized for various online transaction of rs. 4200/-through paytm on dated 25.10.2019 at 1.14 am. Whereas the credit card is in my control and is lying with me only.
In this regard i ensure you that above transaction have been done without my involvement by anyone and i never share my credit card information to any other person.
So kindly look in to the matter and register my complaint.

    A fraud transaction has been done with my credit card. A msg received at 4 43 pm stating that, txn on indusind bank credit card for inr 4050 on 08/11/19 06:13 at google mobi tech is approved. Since i haven't done any kind of transaction today and without otp how does it possible?
    Being a faithful and regular active customer deeply regretted for your pathetic security services.
    In view of the above request resolve my issue at earliest.

      I have a running credit card with indusind and in the month of may minimum due amount was for 10, 900 approx from which i missed 900 to pay and i paid 10, 000.

      I had a word with their executive that it was not intentionally so kindly help me with the same, to which on of their executive asked me to make the total outstanding amount at once that we will surely help with it.

      Now i have made the total amount no one is ready to give it in written they are just saying it will be rectified and refreshed with in 2 days. After asking in written they say we dont provide in written communication??

      I have never seen a bank not giving anything in written when they have committed something orally

          Indusind bank customercare made fool to me. On 8th oct, 2019 my existing debit card shown payment decline at petrolpump. When i called at customer care they told me to upgrade my card. And told me that it will be free and only 1500/- cost will be for new signature delight card and amt is not required to be paid, it will be adjusted from benefits. I agreed for new card. Bt on 9th oct, 2019, bank charged 7500+gst from my bank account. I complained at customer regarding reversal of debit card charges. After a long follow up of 25 days, i received a call from customer care that charges can't be reversed by bank. And i have to activate the card only and then i will get a voucher worth rs.7500/-. Forcefully i have activated the debitcard but i am feeling being cheated. Bank has cheated me in a wrong manner

          Sir i don't need any voucher /new debit card. Kindly reverse my charges.

                  This is to inform You that I Dibya Sinha holding IndusInd Bank's Credit Card Number [protected] whose outstanding amount is 3, 50, 124.55/- till date. I have already paid 1, 56, 316/- towards this card.

                  The total uses made by us was 3, 64, 949.78/- in the month of December 2018 and January 2019. Till date my total outstanding is showing 3, 50, 124.55/- that means only 14, 825.23/- is adjusted in the card and rest 1, 41, 490.77/- I have paid as interest only? These interest charges are much higher than any other bank.

                  Right now I want to settle my Card because I lost my job 6 motns back and I have no funds to make any minimum due amount payment to the bank.
                  The settlement amount offered by bank was 3, 00, 000/- but I am unable to arrange this huge amount because of my present condition, I already explained so many times to bank's higher authorities everything regarding the same. Because of my current situation I am in huge stress and trauma.

                  After receiving the last mail from bank I have spoken to all my family members and friends for arranging the fund, but unfortunately the total fund which I can arrange in 2 - 3 days is only 2, 60, 000/- Apart from this I can't arrange a single rupee because no one is ready to help me out of this situation.

                  I am receiving per day 3 to 4 calls from collection team. They only want minimum due payment. I am regularly telling them that I have already given a request to customer care for settlement but they threatened me very rudely for payment of minimum due amount. They are harassing me day by day.

                    I have been a customer who has always tried making a payment on time ever since i've got my credit card with you guys. unfortunately i am in a bad situation right now due to medical issues at home because of which i have not been able to make a payment for the september and the month of october. i spoke to your collection agency who did not want to understand my situation even after telling them that i will only be able to make a payment end of this month. i am helpless at this point of time as i am waiting for a cheque to be cleared and also for my salary to be credited which happens only at the end of this month. i have been told that my account will be marked as an npa if i dont make a payment today itself which is not correct as per rbi norms you can only do that if there is no payment for 90 days. please stop this as its turning into a harassment.

                      This lady who calls from number [protected] giving harassment call to my references i told her if i cannot receive the call then text me or whatsapp me... Since my phone remains in locker inside not allowed in office.. I am ready to pay if time given though it is pretty much delayed due to unseen emergency but she is not ready to wait. Already spoken to her will settle in 2 emis... 1st emi on 31 oct. I want to make reversal payment in 2 emis 1 will be paid on 31 oct and other one one 30 nov, i guess that will not hit my cibil bcoz it is not settlement right? Card no [protected]... She spoke some vulgar thing to my lady reference... I have her call recordings i can send if required...

                      One biggest is that the lady reference whom they are calling i don't know her i have not given her reference..One reference only my friend other one i don't even know her then how can i give her number what i guess that executive received multiple application from my company on same day what he did he put her name and number from other application since both applications from same company...and this is unethical..
                      I have been receiving continuous phone calls for repayment of my Credit card bill amount. For the past 24 hours, approximately 50 to 75 calls asking me to pay my credit card bill minimum amount. My due date is on 25th of March which I have been pursuing them in every call. Because of the irritating calls i paid the minimum amount, For my surprise the calls started to continue, in spite of me telling i had paid the amount, At last I had to call up the Indusbank manager and credit card division to make them stop calling me. this is not the first time its the second time its happening to me, Written a letter to all authorities in the bank and no reponse already 5 days, Useless bank.

                        I received a call from the number [protected] asking the debit card details. She spoke as a customer care executive and called for card verification. I've tole her Debit Card Number and CVV also. Immediately she asked me OTP. Then I understand it is a Fake Call. Kindly, Note down that number and take immediate action. So that, innocent people will be protected. Hope the Indusind bank authorities will take action on that person.

M very disappointed with your customer care service, many time i called customer care for my inquiry and problems, but they have not attend the call and also charge 1 rs for a minute. Recently i call c. Care 3 times. First call will be 07minutes, 2nd call will be 7 minutes and 3rd call will be 4 minutes. [protected]. This is my number. Customer care charge from me 18 rupees without any talking and solving problems. I will angist complete indusand credit card customer care in consumer court.

                            This is asim kumar panja, i had opened a new account around 45days ago & i applied a personalized debit card, it's about 1month money has been deducted from my account but i have not received yet though it is showing delivered.
                            Is it the banking services? Worst ever i have seen. I have tried to contact the customer service number again & again though it is not reachable or somehow it is connected automatically it is disconnected.

                              I have made a purchase at the trends shopping mall where the bill is 6044/- i was using my indusind debit card where the transaction got failed at the merchants swiping machine but the amount has been debited from my account. I have triple checked with the staff there but of no use. I have tried contacting the indusind bank cc but no one is picking up the call.

                                invalid charges for late payment even we manage to pay on last date

                                After lots of follow up, and showing facts by video calling with your executive explain the facts, the payment we do on last date its also said to be on or before due date, so late payment charge should not imposed on our credit card bill, we have done payment from phone pay even netbanking for other part payment on last date, from phone pay in a second it transfer to other person, then how could i believe i pay off my debts after date once...

                                This car loan taken by my father riaz ur rahaman as he was expired unexpectedly. The car loan went to legal department they called me to bank went their and settled the amount with the legal manager sampath and paid their itself only. They told me that it will come in 40 days. Now its been 4 months till now i have not received my noc. I called the legal manager after 40 days he told that it will come. Then so many times i called him he is postponding that it will come in 2 days or one weak. And now his phone is off and from bank i heard that he has resigned his job. The bank people are telling that it was in legal, so that it should come from the legal department only. Still how many days or months i must be waiting for my noc?? Currently i am in big trouble as i have sold my car and the customer is torchering me like any thing. So pls kindly help me soon to get my noc.

                                Am yet to receive a response from the bank and still didnt get the NOC which I applied 2+ months ago.

                                  I have availed a 2 wheeler loan from your bank. Wherein i have pickup a 2 wheeler from sahyadri honda - warje malwadi pune as on 12 of april 2019. I have submitted all necessary documents to the vendor - sahyadri honda. But i don't know - where it stucked. Mandate was not registered at your bank end. It got delayed in registration.

                                  The first ecs supposed to debit my account as on 7th may 2019- but it was not deducted - wherein sufficient balance was available.
                                  Second ecs supposed to debit from my account as on 7th june 2019- but it was not deducted-wherein sufficient balance was available.

                                  On 7th july 2019- without giving me any intimation/sms - bank has tried to deduct all 3 months amount at a time from my account. I. E rs-12930/

                                  Wherein i were having 11800/ balance in to my bank account. Now my concern is how come without any intimation to me - bank tried to deduct 3 month amount from my bank account. Due to that the all 3 ecs got reversed & i have been charges for rs-1230/ wherein i was not at fault at all.

                                  I am following the said case with that particular 2 wheeler loan concern person here at pune from last 3 months. But sorry to say - i have not received any revert from him. (Aniket deepak bhandari-[protected]).

                                  Request you to take this particular case on priority basis & arrange to refund me my charged amount back - to avoid further escalation.

                                    I got a message from the Indusind bank that my credit card as been blocked for furthur usage, but i wonder when my credit card is delivered i never receive any credit card from indusind bank who is using under my name? tried reaching customer like mad dog for hours but nobody responding very poor customer care and i got one more message after 6 hours that the pin for your credit card will be deliver after 5 working days? is my credit card blocked or not if blocked when and why? no information with me please share the details i really appreciate

                                    I have got message of loan sanction which o have not taken.
                                    talked customer care they said my no is removed.but again got message that my no is updated again.refer snapshot

                                      Indusind bank (Tambaram branch) financed my 2 wheeler. The loan was for 11 months. My loan got closed few months back, still my original document and noc are not provided.

                                      I keep asking the bank officials, didn't get any proper response.

                                      How to get my documents from the bank. No idea who is the right one to contact for this.

                                      Any help is appreciated!

                                      Should I provide more details on the Loan. If so, what are the Details I need to provide.
