This is Shiv Kumar Duggal director of Cantae Home Appliances Private Limited having a current account () in your indusind bank
I always use to transfer the money to my vendors through your app only but today while transferring the money to one of my vendor (Sun India Electrical Company ) whose bank details are
(Sun India Electrical Co. Axis Bank Ltd, Meera Bagh Branch, New Delhi. A/c No. [protected], IFS code : UTIB0000533)
An app error came, i transferred 10, 000 /- to this company but due to an app error it got transferred 2 times and the moment when the option came to send whatsapp to beneficiary i selected the option to not to whatsapp the same but at the same moment i received 2 messages from indusind bank that money is deducted 2 times
Now you tell me how is this possible that i will transfer the money to same person twice of same amount within a second or 2 seconds this is not possible but your customer care team is saying that you might have done it twice.
I dont know anything now you people just credit my amount back in my account anyhow other wise i close this current account i will get my account opened in some other bank
And will proceed legally for this app error, revert asap
