[Resolved] Indusind Bank — money deducted but they are not helping, just always saying that follow up is in progress | |||||
Hello, My complaint against indusind bank. Rs.117/- deducted from my indusind bank account: 10001*7*446. Regarding that i have raised one ticket (Request no:[protected] on 26-march-2018 from my indusind net banking section (Customer service menu). But not received any single feedback from their end. After that i have asked them again on 28-march-2018, 30-march-2018 & 9-apr-2018, but they have not send any feedback from them. After that i have mailed them & they are replying only the same word: "we will respond to you within 3 working days" & one of their executive (Mr. Sameer mhaske) called on 12-apr-2018 & arguing. That guy is arguing continuously. I need refund asap & want to teach them a lesson so that no one customer have to suffer just like me. Please look into this matter asap. Note: rs. 117 deducted from my account regarding below: ecs debit/tpcf bajaj finance/[protected] I need compensation for their this type of irresponsibility & rude behavior. Thanks! That's all.
