[Resolved]  Indusind Bank — my account freeze

My name is amit rawal
I have opened a account jan 2020 in indusind bank dehradun branch
My. Mobile no.: [protected]
Account no. : +91-[protected]

They blocked or freeze my acount 20 days before
I visitied the bank
They have taken a letter from from me written application for unfreeze my account.

And also taken a aadhar card and pan card and passport size photo

They said that after 1 day you will able to do transactions

And i called after 5 days the said that i have senduing you a mail
Plz fill the form alog with the documents and send courier to the bank address named cdd form...
And said that 2 days u will be able to do transactions

And today i called him
They said that u have to submit again documents..
The branch is located 45 kms. From my house...

Please help me
I want immediately money in emergency case

I applied for credit card from Indusind as they offered buy 1 get 1 movie ticket, i had tried many time even at 12:00 AM but everytime it shows Quota has exhausted .

Company doing fraud by selling credit cards on offer which we can't avail

I am ISU RAM mai activa 5g raghogarh guna ( m.p. )se jan.2019 me 4730 rupee monthly stolmaint par finance karwaya tha . Jul.2019 me total payment kiya tha .agust me mere account se advance kist kata gaya jiska complain mai nov. 2019 me guna branch me kiya tha jisme apna bank account statment submit kiya tha par abhi tak refund nahi huaa hai
The same thing happened to me last week. I have visited indusind bank on 27/09/20 and submitted the docs and letter. My account was still frozen. Dear indusind bank please do something.
