Indusind Bank — New card blocked

Indusind card offered me card after checking my credit score 861.had been issued a new card today and its blocked . Called the customer care and asked why it has been blocked. They replied my address is not proper. Been through two verification process .one in my home and the other in my office. Been on video call for kyc. Given all address proof aadhar and pan card. Still they say address not proper. If its not proper then why it has been approved in the first hand.

Now they say they want electricity bill or gas bill which both are in my mothers name.

I already own another card from kotak mahindra bank. That process was same .got that card without any hassles.

15/06/2020 issue raised for un blocking a new card .no response . I cant keep the credit card in my showcase. I surrender the card. What are the formalities.if asked they say why. We doing the process and they speak rudely in customercare. I have no loss. For mere 50000 credit limit. They ask do you own the property.do u they expect me to show my 10 crore property as proof . Hell with your card...just take it backk.

New card blocked . Only this bank do not take aadhar card as address proof.
When the verification person visits our home . We have to serve him coffee or he will tell the bank this address is fake. I had the experience when contacted the cusromer care the first time they said the home verification person has doubt abt the home address. When contacted the customer care they said to send the details .sent proof of address and identity. Still asking for gas bill and electricity bill both are in my mothers name. Sent even ration card. No use.
These crackpots customer care still insists that the gas bill and electricity bill should be in my name. What a waste of time. And all they say we regret for inconvience.
Dont go for indusind credit cards they are just scrap. They gave so much pain
