Indusind Bank — New card blocked | |
Indusind card offered me card after checking my credit score 861.had been issued a new card today and its blocked . Called the customer care and asked why it has been blocked. They replied my address is not proper. Been through two verification process .one in my home and the other in my office. Been on video call for kyc. Given all address proof aadhar and pan card. Still they say address not proper. If its not proper then why it has been approved in the first hand. Now they say they want electricity bill or gas bill which both are in my mothers name. I already own another card from kotak mahindra bank. That process was same .got that card without any hassles. Was this information helpful? | |
