Indusind Bank — noc is not provided for my indusind bank creditcard

Respected sir,

Indusind bank credit card has been issued on my name in the month of november with misleading offers by marketing agent. I had closed my credit card as i came to know all those are false offer promises and conveyed the same message to customercare in the month of january.

But while closing they stated zero balance on credit card account is enough as no objection certificate (Noc). And they have not issued any other noc. But i could see every month bill is generated zero (0) outstanding on 4th and 24th as due date.
It is something not happy. Please issue noc as these transactions misleading the noc terms.
