Indusind Bank — Not Offering EMI on My Outstanding | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, Am using the IndusInd Bank Credit card from since 2017, I have done one transaction on 03.11.2018 amount of 101700/- But due to my financial problem am unable to clear the amount at a time & I am regularly paying the Min amount without fail till date almost I have paid 110698/- of Min amount till date. Am not in a positions to pay EMI amount at that time so I dint convert it into EMI. Once I got call from customer care also to convert into EMI but am unable to do so at that time. Now my financials are some what picked up & now I want to change my outstanding into EMI, today (13.10.2020) i called to customer care to convert but "Customer care people are saying we are unable to process request " after holding me almost 30 min in the line. After words I said to connect to Manager but she told me he was busy & you have to wait for 2 days for confirmation. To cross verify I have to call once again to customer care, they will not call or mail or message me reg my request. So this is the problem I am facing, Am ready to clear the payment with EMI conversion but they are not giving us a chance to clear & they are looting me with min amount Was this information helpful? | |||
